In the city where I live, traffic jams and traffic accidents have become a matter of great concern and attention. One of the reasons leading to traffic jams when participating in traffic is the sincerity of each person. Therefore, it is important to propagate, educate and mobilize people about movements to help reduce traffic congestion and accidents. The second reason is that the facilities have not been improved. The road is still narrow and there are no specific measures for it. The final reason is due to the influence of habitat, climate, and weather. Rainy or wet roads will obstruct the visibility of road users, increasing the number of traffic accidents. In short, we need practical measures to prevent it.

Traffic safety and traffic that the world now needs to pay attention. it is not only the most important factors crucial to the development and survival of a nation, a territory but a junction of trade between regions of countries, cultures on world together. In advanced countries, the situation and development of their traffic is quite developed with a dense transport network and is regulated, but in Vietnam, … Urban transport situation in Vietnam is extremely chaotic. On average there are thousands of cases every year in traffic accidents, causing serious loss of life and property. Despite being upgraded and renovated several times but the transport system of Vietnam has not improved as much. Traffic jams occur repeatedly in large cities damaging hundreds of billion per year, not only that the injuries related to traffic accidents is also increasing, especially head injuries , spine. Circulation of vehicles on roads, railways, waterways each year but with increasing road infrastructure can present data to help the traffic situation.

Nowaday, traffic problem is the biggest problem that many people care about. In VN, I think the city where have the worst traffic is Ha noi.
The first problem is the traffic jam here. Why? In the rush hours of the day, there're too many people using the road. Last year, in 2013, many bridges was built so it happen less but in order to stop this, a kind of small car should be invented, people should go to works by buses instead of going by motorbikes...
The second one, as you know, the roads in VN is not as big and clean as the roads in the big countries. They're narrow, bumpy and some dirty so it’s really hard for the road users to drive safely. I think we should raise money to make the road in VN better and better.
But everyone knows that Vietnamese people are not respect and don’t follow the traffic rules. That’s the biggest reason for everything. They wear the helmet that not strong enough to keep they safe if the accident may happen, they ride too fast on the small roads… The traffic will never can be improve if they keep doing this.
At the end, I hope the traffic in VN will improve more.

Nowadays, traffic problems is one of the biggest problems that Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, has to deal with. The first problem is traffic jams. There are too many people using the roads, especially in rush hours when everyone is in a hurry to get to work or come back home. Another problem is poor road conditions. The road is too narrow and bumpy. Moreover, many streets in Hanoi is usually flooded when it has heavy rain making it difficult to move. Traffic accidents is the biggest problem. Everyday, there are more and more accidents happening because of careless drivers: Driving after drinking alcohol, not wearing helmets, and so on. Therefore, solving traffic problems is not only the agent’s duty of Hanoi but also awareness of ourselves.

Ngày nay, các vấn đề về giao thông là một trong những vấn đề lớn nhất ở Hà Nội- thủ đô của Việt Nam đang phải đối mặt. Vấn đề đầu tiên là tắc đường. Có quá nhiều người sử dụng các phương tiện trên đường, đặc biệt vào giờ cao điểm khi tất cả mọi người đều vội vã đi làm hay về nhà. Vấn đề tiếp theo là đường đi chất lượng kém. Đường đi quá hẹp, gập ghềnh và mấp mô. Hơn nữa, nhiều con phố ở Hà Nội thường xuyên ngập lụt khi trời mưa to gây khó khăn trong việc di chuyển. Tai nạn giao thông là vấn đề lớn nhất. Hàng ngày, có ngày càng nhiều vụ tai nạn xảy ra bởi những người lái xe bất cẩn như lái xe sau khi uống chất có cồn, không đội mũ bảo hiểm, ..v.v. Vì thế, việc giải quyết các vấn đề giao thông hiện nay không chỉ là trách nhiệm của thành phố Hà Nội mà còn ở ý thức của chính chúng ta.

My city - Ho Chi Minh city, has bad traffic problems. There are so many vehicles on the streets and alleys, from buses, cars, to motorbikes, bicycles. The city has the most motorbikes in this country. Moreover, the streets are very narrow and bad. They are easily flooded when it rains so heavily. The streets and alleys become bumpy after the rain. Many traffic users don’t obey the traffic rules. They usually drive and ride very dangerously. As a result, there are traffic accidents every dav in this city.

Hanoi is very crowded and it has to face a lot of trafic problems. There are too many people using the roads. All types of vehicles are on the roads. It's very dangerous if you are not familiar with transportation here. There are some roads which are narrow and swampy when there is heavy rain. Moreover, some young people drive on the road dangerously. They don't respect the traffic rules strictly and they even play on the street with their motors.

Hà Nội rất đông đúc và nó phải đối mặt với rất nhiều vấn đề giao thông. Có quá nhiều người sử dụng giao thông đường bộ. Tất cả các loại phương tiện đều lưu thông trên đường. Thật là nguy hiểm nếu bạn không quen với giao thông ở đây. Có một số con đường thì nhỏ hẹp và lầy lội khi có mưa lớn. Thêm vào đó, một số người trẻ còn lái xe trên đường một cách nguy hiểm.
