There are many sports, which are good for our health and popular over the world. Soccer is one of my favorite sports. It is played by two teams consisting of 11 people each team. The general rule is that the ball is kicked by leg and the players get score when having the ball in their goal post. Football is known as “king” among other sports. First, it improves integrity when applying several techniques to create strong power. Second, it not only reduces stress and bad cholesterol of body but also relaxes out spirit after a hard working day. My brother usually plays football every afternoon after work as he is in a local sport club. Moreover, football is not simply one kind of sport, it is an art because of the popularity. Since there is an increasing number of football team over the world such as: Manchester United, Barcelona, Arsenal with professional players. Although I am not able to play well, I love watching football matches as they are interesting and we can also learn from their technique. Furthermore, football is public concern as well as heated debate. Football is now popular through women, who are thought not able to play this kind of sport.

Mặc dù tôi không đá bóng giỏi, tôi vẫn thích xem đá bóng bởi vì nó thú vị và ta có thể học từ những kĩ thuật của họ. Hơn nữa, Bóng đá là mối quan tâm của cộng đồng và làvasn đề nóng. Bóng đá nay phổ biến ở giới nữ, những người thường bị cho là không có nhiều khả năng chơi môn thể thao này.)

The Southeast Asian Games (or SEA Games), is a biennial multi-sport event involving participants from the current 11 countries of Southeast Asia. Originally, the game was called South East Asian Peninsula Games or SEAP Games, which was established by six countries: Burma (now Myanmar), Kampuchea (now Cambodia), Laos, Malaya (now Malaysia), Thailand and Vietnam. The first SEAP Games was held in Bangkok from 12–17 December 1959 with the attendance of more than 527 athletes. After eight editions, Brunei, Indonesia and Philippines were formally admitted to the games in 1977. At the same time, SEAP Games was changed into SEA games. The logo of the games also changes overtime. The first edition contained six rings representing six founding members and was used until 1997. The number of rings increased to 10 in 1999 and finally in 2011, when East Timor was admitted to SEA games, there have been 11 rings representing 11 members. Viet Nam first hosted the Games in 2003 and will be the host nation in 2021. The numbers of sports depends on each host nation but make sure there are at least 22 sports including 2 compulsory sports (athletics and aquatics). SEA Games is known as the biggest sporting event in Southeast Asia, becomes the most expected by people there. To sum up, SEA Games is an event that presents the solidarity of 11 countries, and promote sports sprits of people in in Southeast Asia.

I study for thirty minutes every day instead of two hours once a week. There is nothing like having a few friends to study English together. I practice the exercises together, have conversations together (in English!), and, as I study English together, help each other with exercises you I not understand.One of the most important things to do is to learn English effectively by using topics that I like.Sometime I feel yourself hate to learn English. I think about the benefits of English to your future if I can speak English fluently.

Spending time in an English-speaking country is a really essential experience for the English-learners as well as the best way to study the language. However, I believe that there are many other strategies for learning English, which are useful enough.
In the first place, studying in an English-speaking country such as Australia gives you a variety of opportunities to improve your speaking and listening skills. Moreover, you practice your English while doing ordinary things, for instance, shopping. Consequently, you become more self-confident. Being overseas is the best way to learn the language effectively.
Secondly, providing that the learner is hard-working enough, they can learn English even in their own country. The English Language Schools provide their students with a wide range of opportunities to master the language. Furthermore, there are different methods to practice your skills such as watching English television, reading English books, magazines, etc. The combination of some of these methods might be a really useful strategy.
In conclusion, there are many advantages of living in an English-speaking country as this is the best strategy to learn the language. Nevertheless, if the student is responsible and works hard, they can achieve success in studying English not only in a country where the language is widely spoken.

Tet, also known as Lunar new year festival, is the biggest traditional festival in Viet Nam. Tet is usually from the end of January to early February. Before Tet, Vietnamese prepare many things for the three main days. They clean their house and decorate with flowers such as kumquat tree or peach blossom. A huge amount of food will be bought before Tet for making traditional dishes. Banh Chung, Banh Tet, Gio cha, Xoi and Mut, and candies are the foods that must have on Tet holidays. During Tet, people visit their relatives’ homes and give wishes. However, the Vietnamese believe that the first visitor a family receives in the year determines their fortune for the entire year, people never enter any house on the first day without being invited first. Another custom is giving lucky money, which is put into a red envelope as a symbol of luck and wish for a new age. Traditionally, elders will give lucky money to children and the oldest people in the family. However, nowadays, people can give it to anyone including friends, parents, neighbors. Besides, Vietnamese usually go to pagodas or temples to pray for health, wealth, success. To Vietnamese, Tet is the happiest time of all year around, members in a family can gather together, which is a meaningful messages of Lunar New year festival. All in all, Tet is all about back to origins, be good to others, enjoy the precious moment, and wish for the best to come.

Do you know ? In Vietnam , New Year called is Tet.Vietnamese have New Year is very special.Tet is usually start the end of January or in February.In Tet, Vietnamese usually go to Tet Market and buy some peach blossoms, kimquat trees,apricot blossoms and many flowers.Can called Tet is busiest time in the year but we have a smile, a time is happy , family gathering, right?Ok , what do you do in Tet ? I'm usually cook banh chung, go to shopping with my family, go to Tet Market, buy flowers,trees,new clothes , sweets and pie. Ah, I make cu kieu ,sticky rice , jam and i have banh tet by my grandmother, clean the house , decorate the house.This is work we must do before Tet.And How about in during Tet?Oh, I go to visit relatives, got to pagoda and make a wish and I get lucky money, eat special food...

To me, books have always been a good friend. And movies will help me relax after school . In comclusion, I think reading is one of the most enjoyable activities. Everyone has their own preferences and I'm glad I spent my free time and mind on something very productive .

In my freetime, I love to dance. When I was a little girl I danced all the time. My mother put me in dance school when I was 3 years old. My first dance dress was pink and it was love a ballet dress. Our dance group’s firts show was when we were 5 years old. We looked like pinguis. In 9 years we have had a lot of dance shows. I have danced for 9 years in the same dance company. But now everyone has joined other dance groups.
When I dance I forget everything else and I focus only on danceing. It was relaxing and it makes me happy. I like to take care of my body and dancing enhances your condition.
But now when I’m in High school I do not have time to dance. It’s so sad. I miss dancing . I hope that I have time to dance again day.
