One of the important skills here is to be able to identify different ingredients and know where they are available.Among the critical things that teens should learn, as part of taking care of themselves, is to take care of their health.Knowledge of personal health and over-the-counter medications that can come in handy.Knowing when to go to the doctor.Taking proper care of self, through proper diet and environment, in the case of illnesses like common colds, fever or the flu.

About 20 years ago, Vietnamese children used to play outdoor games. They play games such as hide and seek, blindfolded to catch goats, dragon snake or even wrestling. I was born in a quiet village where the influence of the city is not much.
It is a small village with a population of about two thousand people.
It is a very good place for relaxation indeed.
In my village, people live very close to each another. The people are very simple in thought and behavior. Therefore they are friendly and helpful . So, the crimes of the city are almost unknown in my village. The people work together and live in peace. I love them.
My village is surrounded by paddy-fields and a river. All these add great beauty and variety to my village scene. Although I do not growing rice, but I really the fields. It makes me have a good mood, a peace mood and a relaxed mood.
Now I am living in Hanoi capital. I want to come back my hometown very much. Living among such friendly and simple people, in such a quiet village, is indeed a real pleasure.

I started this hobby 2 years ago, when I saw an interesting music show on TV and I liked it right away. After that, I shared my hobby with my brother, Phuc, and he liked it too. To continue my hobby, I always go to the concert, or listen to music in my free time. When I listen to music, I feel comfortable. hi, my name is.........i'm in 8th grade. i'm an active girl and almost like a boy =)))) and i have a big family including a pet named Chibi.it's a snake!!but don't worry,she is very gentle,she won't bite you.and i always play games in my free time.do you know what game that i play?it's free fire!!!yeah,someone will say:it's only for kids!!but i really enjoy it!no matter what they say.and the next time,i will tell you more about myself.

Everyone has had a problem and I am not an exception. I suffered from the pressure and stress of learning. I was not good at English, actually, my latest English test grade was not good. My parents were disappointed in me. I felt so sad and had negative thinking about myself. I think the reason maybe lack of motivation. Luckily, I got some advice from my best friend. He is very good at English. First, in English classes, I should pay attention to what the teacher said and remember its content, then practice. I can ask him to practise speaking English, also the teachers. Second, maybe I could find a tutor to teach me at home or go to an English center. Last, I should try to study harder. I ought to rewrite and remember new words and grammar whenever I have free time. Finally, my grades were better thanks to my best friend as well as my effort.

Sự thay đổi này là một tin tuyệt vời đối với giáo viên. Thay vì cố gắng cung cấp cho trẻ tất cả thông tin trong những lĩnh vực mà các em biết rất ít, giáo viên có thể hỗ trợ học sinh khi các em tự mình bước vào các lĩnh vực khác nhau. Đó là chuẩn bị cho họ vượt xa hơn thế hệ trước, đảm bảo họ có những kỹ năng để làm điều đó, và hỗ trợ họ trên đường đi.
Do đó, giáo viên cần phải có tư tưởng tiến bộ, ham hiểu biết và linh hoạt. Họ phải là người học: học các phương pháp giảng dạy mới, và học cùng với học sinh của họ. Đơn giản chỉ cần đặt câu hỏi như "Học sinh của tôi sẽ cần sau hàng chục năm từ bây giờ?" Hoặc "Làm cách nào tôi có thể cho chúng những kỹ năng đó?" có thể thay đổi tư duy của giáo viên, làm cho họ trở thành lãnh đạo và mang lại những thay đổi trong lớp học, trường học và cộng đồng.
