Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing in response to your advertisement on Viet Nam Net for a young and enthusias receptionist.
Last summer, I worked as a receptionist in International hotel for 2 months. My responsibilities included greeting guests, giving them information and help them check in. I also took part in answering the phone as well as their questions.
I consider myself to be young, hardworking,enthusias and helpful. I can speak English quite good and can work as an interpreter. In addition, I can work for long hours, If required.
I can provide references from the hotel’s human resources department.
It would be grateful if I could visit your hotel and discuss my application with you in person. I am available for an interview on any day from Monday to Thursday.
If my application is accepted, I will be able to start work from 15th of May. I am enclosing my CV with this letter.
