2(x - 1)2 + (x + 3)2 = 3(x - 2)(x + 1) 

<=> 2(x2 - 2x + 1) + (x2 + 6x + 9) = 3(x2 - x - 2) 

<=> 2x2 - 4x + 2 + x2 + 6x + 9 = 3x2 - 3x - 6
