In order to have a good health, there are many ways. First, sleep and nutritional considerations are help to prevent the onset of a cold or flu, a healthy lifestyle helps your immune system to be in its best possible shape, giving you the best chance of being able to fight off the onset of a cold or flu. Next, do exercise regularly because it has enhancing immune-system that can help ward off illness. Finally, eat more fruits to get vitamin C that might prevent the common cold. Furthermore, you had better drink more milk, this will be help you healthy and stronger to prevent the cold.

My most favorite season is fall and I love everything about it. Usually it starts at the end of May in our country and lasts till the middle of July.
The weather is best during fall and you won't feel the heat of summer or the cold wind of winter. The nature arranges itself with the beautiful green and flowers are noticed all around the places.

I like the scenic beauty, charming weather, festivities and freshness of this season. This is a distinctive season and is known as the queen of seasons in our country. The newly grown green leaves of trees, the colorful flowers, the chirping of the birds and crisp and mild air of fall are some of the noticeable changes in our country. After the hot summer ends, the falls comes and people in our country love this season.

Fall is season that marks the transition from summer into winter and the night falls later than winter. The farmers start harvesting seeds in this season and they become quite active during this season.

I usually get vacation at the beginning of the fall and visit my hometown. This is a perfect vacation for me as my hometown becomes even more beautiful. Because of geographical location and culture, we have 2-3 major festival during this time and people enjoys the festivals and weathers.

As a student, I don’t have much free time beside those I love, so my summer vacation is the duration during which I often busy myself with many things at home all day. In the day time,
I often do sundry things for my grandmother and help my parents to do housework. In the evening, I go out with some of my old friends.

We often chat with each other in a cafe. Usually, when I am free from doing housework, I go and visit close relatives in my neighborhood and ask them about their life and business. In the late evening, I watch films on TV or read novels or books to widen my understanding. I often
go to bed very late. 

In my mind, I always want my short summer vacations to be not only comfortable for me but also useful for my beloved people.

Since I was a little girl, people had been asking me about my dream career, and I have always wanted to be an English teacher. English is my favorite subject, and I feel that being a teacher is a very reasonable thing. However, I prefer teaching at private English center rather than a public school. I like to teach in English centers with many colleagues from all over the world. English is the international language that connects many countries, so I will continue to search and expand my relationships with people all over the world. An open working environment is totally suitable with my open and outgoing characteristic. English is increasingly becoming the most popular language, and I will use what I have learned to teach people who are in need. A teacher is a profession that requires a lot of specialized knowledge as well as fixed qualities. I observed all of the teachers who had taught me, and besides learning the compulsory subjects, I also secretly studied more about each person's teaching methods. A good teacher does not only impart the necessary knowledge, but also has to be relevant to the job of guiding others. If I want to be a teacher, I will have to improve my patience, generosity and confidence in speaking to many people. I need to seriously cultivate the necessary qualities in addition to the specialized knowledge in order to gain the respect of the student. The way I need to go towards my dream career is still very long, and I am sure that I will always learn new and necessary things to be able to be a good English teacher

Hello everybody . Today, I'm very happy to talk about myself. My name is Vy. I'm 12 years old . I live in Son Hoa village . I go to Nguyen Khac Vien secondary school and i'm in class 7C . It is the best class of grade 7 . I like English best because it is very interesting and fun . After school , I often play badminton with my best friend . At twenty-five past nine, the bell rings and all the students do into the yard. It is time for recess. They are all happy and excited. They meet their friends and have some fun. Many are talking about the last class, or last night's movie. Som are eating and drinking as well as chatting. Some students are playing gameslike blindman's bluff or catch. Some boys are playing marbles and some girls are skipping rope. But the most popular activity is talking. The yard is very noisy until the bell rings. Then everyone goes indoors and classes begin again.

It's great to be healthy. When you're healthy, you are happy. When you're healthy, you feel great. Read this article to know how to be healthy.

Maintain a good diet. Your health largely relies on a healthy diet. Eat a variety of nutritious foods such as vegetables, fruits, bread, meat and beans.

Exercise every day. After you eat food, your body gets calories, but the extra calories turn into fat, so exercising burns the extra calories.

Have good oral hygiene. You need to care for your teeth and gums. If you don't care for them, they will start to rot and decay away. You can't chew without teeth, so brush and floss your teeth everyday and use mouthwash occasionally.

Have good basic hygiene. Staying clean makes you feel fresh and maybe a nice smell. So everyday hop on to the shower or bath and use some shampoo (and body wash if you like). The instructions should be on the bottle.

Around 30 or above 30, our body starts developing various health problems if we are not involved in any type of physical activity. In such case, we are at tip of risks who must think about the health and fitness as well as starts following all the tips of getting healthy and fit. Physical exercises and proper nutrition on daily basis gives us health, physical fitness and mental fitness. In order to maintain a healthy lifestyle, we must involve in the daily routine exercises and fresh healthy food. Being healthy and fit increases our energy level, improves confidence, burns calories, minimizes complications of chronic diseases and increases life term.

Our health and fitness is related to the many health benefits such as:

  • Decreases risk of Type-2 diabetes
  • Decreases risk of hypertension and high cholesterol level
  • Improves mental health
  • Relieves stress
  • Improves better quality sleep
  • Decreases risk of early death
  • Promotes weight loss
  • Increases bone density

In order to maintain health and fitness, we must be self motivated and encouraged. We must use all the moves which can motivate us. There is necessity of at least 2.5 hours (moderate-intensity) or 1.25 hours (vigorous-intensity) aerobic physical activities in a week. For getting more health benefits, we need to increase our moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity up to 5 hours or vigorous-intensity aerobic physical activity up to 2.5 hours in a week. Physical activity should be the essential part of our life in order to be fit, healthy and young.
