I like living in the countryside because of some reasons. Environmentally speaking, it is a peaceful place. The air is fresh. The space is quiet. We can enjoy healthy natural conditions without worrying much about environmental pollution.

As for social security, the countryside is a safer place than a city. While urban security situation is always complicated with all kinds of crimes, rural areas are much more secure because most of countrymen are friendly and ready to help one another.

Moreover, rural life is also easier that in cities. People in cities are easy to get stressed because of pollution, job pressures, competitions, etc ... On the contrary, those bad things are very rare in the countryside. To sum up, except income matters, the countryside is a better residence than cities.

As for me, living in the city or countryside has its own benefits. As for me, I prefer living in the countryside.
Firstly, the countryside is more peaceful, we can always relax and feel comfortable.
Secondly, the atmosphere in the countryside is quite fresh, there're so many beautiful view such as forest, mountains, rivers,.. so many people usually go to the countryside each weekends to relax after hard-working days. Moreover, people here are very friendly and hospitable. All are welcomed visiting there. They live on agriculture and breeding cattle as well as poultry. So the food there are always fresh and tasty.
Living in the conutryside is very peaceful and heathy.
If I was asked where I would like to live, peaceful and happy life in the country will always my

In my family, the person I love best is my father because he is kind and considerate. Surely, my father is about fifty years old but he is older than I think. He is very kind since always helps not only the poor but also the orpharage in my neighborhood. To inllustrate for this, he frequently collects unused clothes in some families. Besides, he sometimes does volunteer work in my local hospital on Sundays. What is more, my father is considerate. He is the person who I can share my happiness and sorrow in my study. I also encorages me when I have a lot of troubles or problems in some subjects such as Math or History.

Last summer holiday, in order to escape the extreme heat of Danang city, my family and I decided to go to Dalat. We went there by bus.

When we got this mountainous and wonderful city, it was getting dark. We felt very excited because of the nice weather and the fresh air. We stayed in Hoa Hong hotel, a little but comfortable one in the centre of the city.

The next day we went shopping in Hoa Binh market and, caught some fresh air by sitting near the Xuan Huong lake. We had lunch in a nice restaurant near the garden of flowers. The food was delicious and cheap especially the vegetables. In the afternoon, we took a taxi to visit the Valley of the Love. How beautiful it was! The following day was for visiting Prenn Waterfall, the Than Tho lake and the Hills of Pine. Every spot has its own beauty, I could say which is the best. People are friendly and polite, especially young Dalat girls with their pink cheeks.

This wonderful holiday helped us to get rid of worries and trouble and gave us health and enthusiasm to resume work again. It was an interesting and unforgettable holiday.

Social networking sites play an important role in the lives of many young people. Over 60% of 13-17 year olds have at least one profile on a social networking site, many spending more than two hours per day on social networking sites.

Social networking sites can present opportunities to youth who participate with them, but like any activity there are also associated risks. It is important for parents to help their children use these sites wisely.

Some potential benefits are:

  • Staying connected to friends and family, especially those who live in other countries
  • Developing new social contacts with peers with similar interests
  • Sharing content of self-expression such as art work, music, and political views
  • Developing and expressing your individual identity

Online social networking can involve new risks such as:

  • Bullying online "cyber bullying"
  • Sharing too much information
  • Vulnerability to predatory adults
  • Sharing photos or video that you later regret
  • Exposure to large amounts of commercial advertisements which may not be age appropriate
  • Risk of identity theft
  • Reduced amount of time for physical activity

If your child is thinking about using social networking sites, there are many ways to help them use them safely and appropriately. Discuss freely with your child and guide them in their usage of social networking sites by suggesting they:

  • Keep control of their information by restricting access to their page
  • Keep their full name, address, telephone number, social security number, and bank or credit card number to themselves
  • Post only information they are comfortable with everyone seeing
  • Talk to their parents before considering meeting anyone face-to-face they have met online and review the risks involved

Young people need support and education to develop the skills needed to understand the risks and opportunities of social networking sites so talk to your child before they sign up for an account about:

  • The rules in your household on social networking sites
  • The monitoring you will do on their internet and smart phone usage
  • The limits on time allowed on these sites that may occur if their usage interferes with family time or external social activities

Social networking sites are a widely accepted part of many teenagers' lives and proactive parenting can help them be a fun part of their teenager's social life. However, if you feel your adolescent is spending too much time on social networking sites or is involved in inappropriate behaviors while using these sites, please seek out the help of a professional who can help you and your child find balance and appropriateness in the usage of this medium.
