The first and most important issue is not to reduce the food you eat daily. You can change the menu and the way you eat but if you start a diet by yourself, the first thing you’ll lose is your health.
You can find many good gyms and if you want I can send the names for you in another letter. However, you don’t need to go to a gym to stay fit. Some small changes to your life can make a big difference. For example, you can start by walking sometime in the morning or at lunchtime.
I hope you don’t have any health problem and it would be nice if you went to a doctor for a check up before starting any exercise.

How was your weekend? I think it was better than me. So, on Friday I've got a test from maths. It was terrible. If you remember I always has got a problem with this subject. I wrote this test but I think I don't pass them.
But on saturday I met a very cool boy from my class. He's a new classmate. I help for him and he invited me to the cinema. It was great!
On Sunday I go to my older sister on the lunch. She's living in Oxford and studying there. We was on the shopping and swimming pool. I have a good time.

How are you? Thank you for your wonderful gift. I think you got an enjoyable summer holiday. And I would like to tell you about my last summer holiday.
I spent my summer holiday with my family in Da Nang for 3 days. That was really great days for me. On the first day, we had a trip to Ba Na Hills. The atmosphere was very fresh, it made me feel good. We visited many places such as Fantasy Park, Debay Cellar, French Village, etc.
On the second day, we went to visit My Son Sanctuary and go swimming in the afternoon. Da Nang beach is very pure and the scene is really beautiful. So I took many nice pictures.
And on the last day, we just walked around the town, enjoy some delicious dishes of Da Nang such as bun Quang, banh trang thit heo, etc and bought some souvenirs. I have a great gift for you. I will send your gift and the beautiful pictures that I took for you.
