In the future, I will improve my English by listening to more songs.

Olympia is one of my favorite TV show. This is a television knowledge contest for high school students. It is always shown on VTV 3 at 13 o'clock every Sunday. Candidates are the best students in the country. MC is quite charming and beautiful lady. The program also has a team of consultants who are experienced teachers. In the program, there are 4 competitions, which in turn is the start, the obstacle, accelerate and the goal. Every competition is very interesting and exciting, it requires students not only knowledge from books but also social knowledge. Contestants do not only have knowledge but also must have both brave and self-confidence. The students, parents go cheer for the contestants are very enthusias. In the contestants, competitor that I most is Lam Vu Tuan, he is very talented and funny. My biggest dream is to study well and paripate in the program compete for knowledge.

There are many sports, which are good for our health and popular over the world. Soccer is one of my favorite sports. It is played by two teams consisting of 11 people each team. The general rule is that the ball is kicked by leg and the players get score when having the ball in their goal post. Football is known as “king” among other sports. First, it improves integrity when applying several techniques to create strong power. Second, it not only reduces stress and bad cholesterol of body but also relaxes out spirit after a hard working day. My brother usually plays football every afternoon after work as he is in a local sport club. Moreover, football is not simply one kind of sport, it is an art because of the popularity. Since there is an increasing number of football team over the world such as: Manchester United, Barcelona, Arsenal with professional players. Although I am not able to play well, I love watching football matches as they are interesting and we can also learn from their technique. Furthermore, football is public concern as well as heated debate. Football is now popular through women, who are thought not able to play this kind of sport.

Every day I have chance to watch different famous people shine and bring inspiration to others on TV; however, the one that inspires me the most is Min. She is a typical example of a strong, intelligent and independent woman. She used to be a small girl who had been bullied throughout the school years. However, she overcame all the difficulties to become one of the most successful singer and composer of America. She challenges herself in different types of music, from Country, Ballad to Pop, and all of her songs carry deep meanings. Most people can find themselves in her lyrics and her melodies. Besides her singing career, she is also a businesswoman who has her own enterprises and brand names. She had tried so hard in her youth to achieve the things that I always dream of; therefore, she is a great symbol that I always look up.Min is forever my beloved idol, and her effort is the goal for me to never quit trying.

I have many hobbies, but I reading most. Books are always a good friend to me. It is a good way to improve my vocabulary by exposing many new words. By reading, I get better at concentration because it requires me to focus on what I am reading for long periods of time. It also opens up the knowledge door for me. Reading books tells me about the world’s history, let me see the structure of the human body, or bring me a story of Sherlock Holmes. I think reading is one of the most interesting indoors activities.

All of us want to have good health because we cannot buy health even we are rich. Otherwise, if we were rich but not healthy, we would depend on others because we could not serveourselves in daily life, become other’sload, we are easy to be angry or bored with everything. I’m Nam, I’m 15 years old. My favorite sport is swimming. I can go swimming in both summer and winter. Normally, I would go swimming for two days a week on Wednesdays and Sundays. I often go swimming with my best friend. He will wait for me after school. Then starts to go to the swimming pool. I learned to swim when I was 10 years old. Swimming helps me feel better. Thanks to learning how to swim since childhood, I am quite tall. I am very proud of that. Swimming sometimes helps me forget about the bad things. I often participate in swimming club competitions. Everyone has a different sport they love. My favorite sport is badminton. This is a pretty easy sport to play, but to play well you need enough practice. I usually play badminton every morning. Usually I play with my dad. But if he’s busy, I’ll play with my brother. Playing badminton helped me train my fitness and it also helped me get closer to my family members. Playing badminton also helps me to lose fat for a firmer body. Playing badminton also helps you to prevent heart disease effectively. Even though I was not good at playing, I enjoyed it very much. I thought that without badminton I would definitely feel very sad.
