Everyone has one’s favorite pet. As for me, I very love my dog named Pull. The dog is an Alaska dog with straight brown hair, blue eyes and big ear. He is said to be intelligent, loyal and obedient. Moreover, Pull is friendly and well-trained when I said “sit down” or “run around” he will do absolutely true. I remember the first day I have met Pull-my 12 birthday, he is a present given by my father. At that time, Pull was 2 years old, he was small and unfamiliar with my family’s members. Nowadays, he is an adult dog with good health and he seems to be one important member of my whole family. Pull and I usually have wonderful time together we eat, go shopping, walk in the sunrise and sunset, and play in a local park. As I’m the only child in my family, Pull is my best friend. Whenever I have trouble or whatever mistake I do, I always have him by my side. Although he is not able to talk, I feel the love and caring of him for me. Besides, Pull helps my mother much in household, he can hold a heavy bucket of water. Dog is not food; therefore I condemn the action of stealing dog by killing them with electricity in VN and selling it for some taverns. Dog is an animal for people to feed, love and care. Dog is not a product of any individual who wants to earn illegal money from it. Finally, it’s better for a house with a domes dog so that it brings happiness in addition to keeping your house save.

My family consists of 4 people: my parents, my older brother and I. My brother’s name is Hoang. He is 25 years old, 3 years older than me. He works as an engineer in a multinational group in HCM city. He is tall, bright skin, handsome face with charming smile and brown eyes. My brother and I have mutual understanding with each other. Not only in studying, he also helps me through many ups and downs in all aspects of life. In my opinion, he is my hero when I face up with problems, he finds out the best solution. During childhood, we go through lots of happy and unforgettable time to play as 2 stubborn kids. It maintains vivid memory about my brother. His hobby is collecting stamps and he seems to enjoy it so much. He s rap, hip-hop music and horror movie. At weekend, he usually hangs out with friends, watches movie in cine. In freetime, he spends time reading romance book, playing chess with father and planting his own cactus. Besides, he is a member of a local sport club, he plays as a footballer every afternoon. He is a kind, friendly person but a little lazy. Therefore, I usually have to tidy up his room and his office. However, I often look up to my brother for many successful things he acquire; for his brave and kindness.

My favorite little sister is Linh. She is sixteen years old. She is tall, 1 meter and 60 centimeters tall. She has long wavy, shiny, black hair. Her skin is so beautiful. It reminds me of the color of coffee with milk. Her face is a heart form. You can see her anger or happiness in her big expressive brown eyes. She has a little nose, and her mouth looks it was painted light pink. She can speak two thousand words, moving from hate to love and from love to hate, change her opinion five times, start talking alone, forget what she was talking about at the beginning, all in one minute. It’s a little difficult to try to talk to her, but it’s fun. She has a strong personality. She falls in love every year, and she is a little crazy, but I love her personality. She s reading romance and fantasy books. She enjoys horror movies (I know, she is crazy). She loves to go out with her friends, paint her nails, and wear high heel shoes. She is always dancing, studying, reading, working and going out. She is a very busy girl. The truth is that since childhood, she has danced, sung and talked incessantly. She always knew what she wanted and never hesitated to say her opinion. She has lived happy and sad moments everyone, but she has continued with her life. She makes me feel very proud for that reason. She will continue to grow up to become “the best version of herself,” and work hard to pay my bills (It’s a family joke). When she reads this part she will want to hit me. I love my teen sister.

My mother is the one who I love most in my life. For what she’s done, she deserved with the whole world. My mother is a 43-year-old household wife. She’s tall, slim and especially she has a beautiful long black hair. She always smile thus everyone consider her a friendly person. My mom loves every members of the family with all her heart. She agreed to be a household woman instead of working out. My mother takes care of the household chorces. She wakes up earliest in the morning and goes to bed latest in the night. And during the day, she’s very busy. I remember once when my mother got sick so nobody did the house work and everything went to crazy. From then, my father and I join hand to help mother whenever we have free time. She’s really happy about that. When I was a kid, mom taught me to play piano at each weekend. I still remember the songs which includes many childhood’s experiences. Not only taught me to play piano, she also taught me to be a better human. I love the moral stories that she told me before I fell asleep every night. We’re really appreaciate mother’s effort, patient and her hard work to conserve the family’s happiness. My mother is an indispensable part of my life. When I grow up, I want to be a woman her.

Hello! In my last letter, I heard that you want to know something more about Vietnam. Then in this letter I will introduce you more specifically about Vietnam - exactly I will introduce you to my neighborhood. First, I live in Hanoi capital. The neighborhood where I live has a cool climate, with little rain and wind. The people here are very friendly, kind and friendly. They are ready to help when we get stuck. The facilities in my neighborhood are very complete and comfortable. There's a stadium, a play area for kids, and more. What I like about my neighborhood is that the view is beautiful, the trees are green and the weather is pleasant. And what I don't like about my neighborhood is that here the alleyways are a bit narrow and there's a lot of noise. Anyway, I still love my neighborhood.

I live in Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, you know, this place is beautiful and beautiful. Where there exist countless ancient relics and architecture of the history of the country. A fresh and bustling place, jubilant and busy. I'm prouder and more excited than anywhere.
It has a fresh climate and cold air. The sky in Hanoi is always blue. But in summer, it's often hot and uncomfortable! Everyone is friendly and helpful, knows each other and often works together, which is understandable because the place is quite populated and the area is also very large.
I want to tell you first about Hoan Kiem Lake in Hanoi. Legend has it that in the time when Le Loi defeated the Minh, escaping the yoke, he returned the divine sword to the Golden Tortoise at Ta Vong Lake, this lake changed its name to Hoan Kiem Lake or Sword Lake.
I love the parks in this place, the orchards and the flowers in front of my house. I just don't like the hot summer climate of this place.
But it's okay, because Hanoi is great. There are fun and bookstores, cinemas and lots of interesting places for you. This place has many specialties and delicacies such as patties, nuggets, lotus tea or apricot umbrellas,.. etc ...
That's what Hanoi is – my proud capital. I hope that you will love Hanoi too.

I most of animals as long as they are not harmful or dangerous, but my favorite one is dog. Dogs are well known for their intelligence and loyalty; and in my opinion, their looks are also very cute. There are many different breeds in the world, and most countries have at least one featuring dog breed of their own. Nowadays, most breeds of dog are not the same as they were from hundred years ago, but they have been artificially selected for parular appearances and behaviors by people for specific purposes. Because of this selective breeding, dogs have developed into hundreds of varied breeds, and they show more connection with people than any other land mammal. Some of the most popular breeds are Golden Retriever, Siberian Husky, Alaska, Bulldog, Doberman, German Shepherd, and it can be said that each breed has their own significant function in human’s life. Dogs have been the best companions for human at a very early age, their roles in hunting, herding, pulling loads and protection truly helped human in a lot of aspects. More recently, they have developed more pracal roles in assisting police and military, companionship, and helping handicapped ones, and most people accept that dogs appear in their lives more than they had ever thought. My family has a little dog, and he has all of the best qualities of a good one. He is actually my best friend since I am the one who spends most time playing with him. I love him very much, but I have to accept a fact that his life span is much shorter than human. A well – treated dog can live up to 12 or 15 years, and each year in dog’s life span is equal with 5 years in human’s one. Since dogs are the most popular animal to show such love and loyalty to human, its shortage in life span is truly a sad thing for all the dog lovers. Although I do not have much time with my beloved dogs, I always love them as my best companions in life.

Rosy is a dog which I have been keeping for the past four years. It was by sheer accident that Rosy came into my hands. Our neighbour Mr. Jones was a dog lover. He has a good kennel in his house where he reared different types of dogs. Suddenly,he decided to leave the town and he wanted to dispose some of the dogs. I told my father that I wanted a pet and my father agreed. That was how Rosy came into my possession.
Why was it named Rosy ? I cannot say. It is an Alsatian. It is of medium height, grey in color with dark spots near her belly, bushy and glistening eyes. It grew into a beautiful and magnificent dog much to the envy of others.
Rosy takes pleasure in sniffing about the comers when she has nothing parular to do. She is as docile as a deer in our presence. When we are not at home she will be at her mettle and no one can easily come near our gate or house. Though she does not bite, she will bounce on the person baring her teeth so much so that she can paralyse any intruder. She recognizes the postman as a friend and so does not do him any harm.
I give her some biscuits and milk in the morning, rice and curry in the afternoon. Usually she is not given any food in the night. When we are at our table, Rosy keeps company with me but she shows no eagerness to touch even a crumb unless offered. Whenever I go out in the evening, she accompanies me. Rosy seems to be one of my friends, I love her very much.
