I and Hung are team mates in our school’s soccer team, and that is the reason we became best friends. At first we did not know each other, but we quickly became close after just a few weeks. Hung is a good player, so he always helps me prace to improve my skills. In order to thank him, I become his instructor in some of the subjects in class. I am as tall and slim as Hung, and many people say that we look brothers. In fact, we are even closer than brothers. We can share almost everything, from feelings to clothes and hobbies. I always proud of our friend ship, and we will keep it this as long as we can.

Last year my mom surprised my brother and I with a train trip to the nation's capital - washington DC. We departed at night and woke up the next morning somewhere in Virginia. Looking at beautiful sight of the mountains while enjoying breakfast.
I had my 15th birthday while on this vacation and the crew said "Happy Birthday" to me every time they saw me.
My grandmother often shared stories of how she rode the rails back in the 60's as this was the most common way to travel back then. This trip gave me the opportunity to share my story with her as well. This trip brought my family closer. I will never forget it.

So, the summer is going to near and my family will going to Nha Trang beach. Next to five days prepare luggage, my family presented in the beach. Oh!!! the wind is cold and fanta, the beach as an endless green carpet, It is so cool. Hotels are high and beatiauful. In the afternoon, dad, me and my brother was swimming in the beach. Water beach is coldly and wonderful. In the near evening, my family been enjoying famous seafood in Nha Trang. In the night, I and my brother went to the park, my parents went in sand near the beach. Next to summer vacations, my family came to my home. But I do not forgot my summer.

Watching television is my favourite activities I use to do in my free time. I love watching sports programs on Saturday mornings and cartoons on Sunday afternoons. I usually watch movie during all days of week after I have completed my homework at school. At night, I especially enjoy watching situation comedies and movies. If I have a huge number of school work, I try to manage my schedule so that I will able to see at least 1 of my favorite TV shows. Watching TV isn’t the only indoor activity that I can do in my free time. I also have some other favorite activities such as going shopping with my mother or friends and making paper flowers. However, when I have free time, I spend a lot of time on watching TV than other activities. Watching TV can support me not only relax but also build my knowledge about the open world.

Most of us have individual preferences. Collecting certain objects such as: coin, skers, shoes, etc. is one of the most popular hobbies.
My hobby is collecting skers. It is also the most popular hobbies among children in my neighborhood. Children are interested in collecting skers because it is not an expensive hobby. I started this pastime since I was four years old. My hobby began through the influence of my best friend, Quan. One day, when I was playing in his house, he showed me his colorful sker albums with full of his pride. I was amazed to see so many impressed skers of all shapes and sizes. He gave me a few pieces from his collection and told me about his interesting story about his passion. I was taken inspiration from him and my interest in skers started from that day.
I kept my first set of skers in a scrapbook but my subsequent collections were kept in beautiful boxes because I think some of the skers could not be removed easily when pasted onto the albums. Keeping the skers in boxes helps me exchange some of my skers with my friends conveniently without damaging them.
Ever since my family members came to know of my interest in skers, they will buy skers for me whenever they come across nice ones. I love those skers from my cousin who is an overseas student in London. He bought them for me wherever he visited around the world. Some of the unique ones were from his classmates who come from many different countries.
During my free time, I will bring out all my lovely collections, lay them on the ground and admire them. I really enjoy doing this as it will help me recall who gave them, where and when I got them.
Some of my friends are jealous of my collections as I will not exchange my unique skers with them. Till now, I still share my collections with my best friend – Quan. I must really thank Quan for his little gift which started my hobby.

Hello everyone, it's my pleasure to be here and present my speech with all of you. And now, i will tell you about my comic book collection. i have a special interest in reading books, especially comic books. I have a collection of Conan comic books. The story is written by Aoyama Gōshō. It is about a advanture of a young detective name Shinichi. He was very popular with his talent. One day, he discovered a mysterious gang. He was regconise and force to drink a deathly drug. Fortunately, he just became a child. At that time, he started to make these gangster come to light. I love this story because of Shinichi's logical đeuction. For each chapt, he deal with the circumstances, which makes me admire him. How about you? Do you love him too? because I love this story really much, I always try to preserve my collection as well as I can. i put it on my bookshelf and read it everyday. Dear Mr.Lan,
English is becoming more and more important under the trend of globalization. However, after learning English for a few years, my English is not as good as I wish. In my opinion, there are several reasons. I spent little time learning English unless there are English examinations. I focused the most time and energy on preparing for passing the English exams.
I had few opportunities to practise speaking English. I can write English but I cannot speaking English well.
I think I should spend more time to study English and try to find oportunities to practise speaking with native speakers to improve my English listening nad speaking skills.
I firmly believe that I will improve my English by hard work and persistence in the future.

Hardly a day goes by without my thankfulness to you. From the bottom of my heart, you are not only an English teacher but also a close friend encouraging me in such hard cases. At the age of 15, when I was a lazy pupil and felt that learning was very boring, you came and gave me the inspiration with no study enforcement but your advice about my future. My hobby is listening to music. I started this hobby 2 years ago, when I saw an interesting music show on TV and I was interested in it right away. After that, I shared my hobby with my brother, Phuc, and he liked it too. To continue my hobby, I always go to the concert, or listen to music in my free time. When I listen to music, I feel comfortable. Listening to music is very useful and helpful, so I will continue this hobby in the future.

My hobby is playing games. However, I’m not addicted to the game at all. I only play games when I’ve done my work. The game that I often play is League of Legends. This is a game that requires high strategy and flexible finger manipulation. I often play games with my friends. We split into teams and fight each other. When we play the game we become closer. Playing games helps me forget about the pressures in school. In order to play a healthy game, I only play 1 hour a day. My parents also know my gaming goals so I agree. On my 15th birthday. I was received a computer from my dad set for my study and entertainment games. I like to play games but I also know the balance between playing time and studying. If you can do that, the game is not bad.
