Scene 3: A Few Weeks Later

(Alex is now seen jogging in a park and preparing a healthy meal in the kitchen. Jamie approaches.)

Jamie: (Cheerfully) Wow, Alex! You’re really sticking to it. How’s everything going?

Alex: (Smiling and looking energized) It’s great! I’ve been feeling so much better. I actually have more energy and I’m less stressed.

Jamie: (Pleased) That’s wonderful to hear! You’re setting a great example.

Alex: (Grateful) Thanks for pushing me to make these changes. It really has made a difference in my life.

Jamie: (Smiling) Anytime! Remember, it’s all about balance and taking care of yourself.
