Yesterday was Sunday and the weather was very beautiful. I wake up at 6 o'clock, brush my teeth and take a shower. After that I did morning exercise as usual. Next, I eat breakfast and go to my friend's house to pick him up to the pool, we decide to swim 8 to 11 hours. After that I returned and had a good time for lunch and rest.

In the afternoon, my family and I went to the park. We were jogging and it was fun to have fun with the family. So in the evening, we returned home to chat, share last week and enjoy the best weekend. This is how we often relax after a week of exhaustion and stress.
