Tet is a national and family festival. It is an occasion for every Vietnamese to have a good time while thinking about the last year and the next year. Dear Mom,

Thanks for your letter. I'm glad to hear you are well. I am doing well at school. At first, everything was/ looked strange and difficult. Now I am having a lot of fun. I hope you will visit Ha Noi after the harvest. We will take you round the city.

Don't worry about me, Mom. I know how to take care of myself. Every day, I get up early to do morning exercises, and I never go to bed late. I often wash my clothes and iron them carefully. I am not eating much candy now.

My school is called Vinh Thanh secondary school.
