a, 3 : ( 1 - 3/2x ) = 4 : ( 2 - x )
<=> \(\frac{3}{1-\frac{3}{2}x}=\frac{4}{2-x}\)
<=> 3 ( 2 - x ) = 4 ( 1 - 3/2x )
<=> 6 - 3x = 4 - 6x
<=> -3x + 6x = 4 - 6
<=> 3x = -2
<=> x = -2/3
