Gọi số công nhân ở phân xưởng 1 là $x$, khi đó số công nhân ở phân xưởng 2 là $220-x$.

Số công nhân sau khi chuyển ở phân xưởng 1 và 2 lần lượt là $x-10$ và $230-x$

Lại có 2/3 số công nhân phân xưởng 1 bằng 4/5 số công nhân phân xưởng 2 nên ta có

$\frac{2}{3}(x-10)=\frac{4}{5}(230-x)$
