In my free time, I love to relax myself by listening to music and watching my favorite films. I study all day, so after 7PM is the only time that I can use for myself. I have a smart phone, so I can download a lot of songs from the Internet for free, and I usually hear them with my headphone. Sometimes when my parents are not at home, I turn on the loudspeakers to have the best experience with music, but most of the time I just listen in silence. Besides music, movies are my biggest love. When I am not listening to the songs, I turn on my computer and watch some of the lasted movies on the websites. Since most of the best films are from Europe and America, this is also a way for me to improve my English skills. I usually do not use the subtitle, and I try to hear directly what the actors and actresses are saying. My parents want me to read books to even learn in my free time, but I think I should do what I actually love to make myself comfortable.

Vì những bộ phim hay nhất đều đến từ Châu Âu và Châu Mỹ, đây cũng là một cách để tôi cải thiện các kĩ năng tiếng Anh của mình. Tôi không hay xem phụ đề, và tôi cố gắng để nghe trực tiếp những gì diễn viên đang nói. Bố mẹ tôi muốn tôi đọc sách để có thể học kể cả khi rảnh rỗi, nhưng tôi nghĩ tôi nên làm những gì tôi thích để khiến bản thân thoải mái.

My family has four people: mother, two sisters and I, my mother and 60-year-old at home doing housework. I am 35 years old and the eldest is doing tour guide, was married. She is 27 years old both are working in real estate company Savill. I just graduated college majors and hotel management wanted to get the job specialization. The world is developping everyday and human's technology is too . TV is the ones of modern product from that result . TV or television is a machine that work by electricity . Why is television so popular in te world ? Because it's really useful for us . First , you can see , television help us relax after a hard day . There are a lot of programme for us to choose in different provinces . For example , in kind of quizs show , there is Giong ai giong ai show that is made by Vietnam's entertainment or Just for laughs , a Canada's famous show . In kind of cartoon , the children's favourite programme is Disney's Channel , or Cartoon Network . The entertainment has improved very much and there is wider selection , more diversifield . Furthermore , you don't need to buy newspaper to read now , you just need turn on TV and information all over the world will come in to your sight . Besides , your knowledge , your imgination can enlarge at your home , in front of the television . Kids can access the new of life , the beauty of the ocean or the magical of the universe through the small screen without going out their house . TV is a great means to advertise new products to the public too . It is rather helpful for many company and the govement too . We can propagate a memo easily and effectively by television . However , TV can aganist us and harm us anytime that we never know if we abuse it too much . Overall , TV is a great friend and have a strong effection to our life .

2. What should people do to protect their environment?
When people protect the environment, they are protecting themselves and their future as well.
When people use things like aluminum cans, glass bottles, or paper, they have two choices: throw them in the trash or recycle them. Throwing them in the trash means they will go into a landfill, which will ultimately mean more landfills. Landfills are toxic and thus dangerous to the environment. In addition, it means more natural resources will be needed to make more cans, paper, and bottles, and that will also contribute to air and water pollution. Recycling these objects means that their materials will be used again, reducing the need for cutting down trees or mining for materials to make cans. In addition, programs exist that pay people to recycle many of the things that they use, including aluminum cans, glass bottles, cell phones, and some types of scrap metal. People can also reuse other things, like using empty boxes to send things in the mail or empty plastic food containers for storing paperwork or tools. All of this reduces the need for making new landfills.
Composting is the recycling of food waste into fertilizer for plants. It has many benefits for the environment, including reducing the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers. This is because it enriches the soil with a natural source of major plant nutrients like nitrogen, potassium, and phosphorous and other substances that plants need to grow. Some types of compost can remove contamination from soil, and all forms of compost serve to enrich soil to foster the growth of plants.Energy production and use is one of the major causes of pollution and natural resource depletion by human beings. Using programmable thermostats at home is a good way to reduce the usage of electricity, as is air-drying dishes and turning off electronic equipment rather than letting it run on standby. Short showers, low-flow shower heads, and low-volume toilets will also reduce the usage of water at home. Sustainability is the merging of all eco-friendly methods into a general lifestyle in which excess or unnecessary waste and increased resource consumption are things of the past.
