Indonesia is a country in Southeast Asia with an area of one million, nine hundred and four thousand, five hundred and sixty-nine square kilometres (1,904,569 km2). It has a population of two hundred and (1) , four hundred and (2) , three hundred and (3) people (2___,4___,3___).
Invite a partner. Student A uses the first table and student B uses the second table. Ask each other questions to fill the gaps in your table.
Example:
Student A: Can you tell me what the population of Laos is?
Student B: It's six million, four hundred and seventy-seven thousand, two hundred and eleven people. And what is the area of Laos?
Student A: It's two hundred and thirty-six thousand, eight hundred square kilometres.
