First, you should eat more fruits and vegetables because they provide vitamins, a which is good for your eyes and they also provide fiber, a which is good for your digestive system. In addition, you should do more exercise and stay outdoor to do more physical activities, such as jogging, playing football, yoga,... to burn more calories. Moreover, yoga will help you prevent illness and makes you more supple. You shouldn't spend time to play computer games, it's not good for your eyes.  I usually eat sandwiches with a cup of milk every morning. A sandwich is very easy to cook. You just need to fry an egg, put some cheese and salad. Finally, you pour some milk into a cup. I think is a healthy breakfast and it has enough calories for you to start a new day. I like to eat sandwiches and drink a cup of milk for breakfast because sandwiches are easy to make and they are tasty too. Milks are convenient and they help you to grow taller.
