First aid is the assistance given to any person suffering a sudden illness or injury,with care provided to preserve life, prevent the condition from worsening, or to promote recovery. It includes initial intervention in a serious condition prior to professional medical help being available, such as performing CPR while awaiting an ambulance, as well as the complete treatment of minor conditions, such as applying a plaster to a cut. First aid is generally performed by the layperson, with many people trained in providing basic levels of first aid, and others willing to do so from acquired knowledge. Mental health first aid is an extension of the concept of first aid to cover mental health.
There are many situations which may require first aid, and many countries have legislation, regulation, or guidance which specifies a minimum level of first aid provision in certain circumstances. This can include specific training or equipment to be available in the workplace (such as an Automated External Defibrillator), the provision of specialist first aid cover at public gatherings, or mandatory first aid training within schools. First aid, however, does not necessarily require any particular equipment or prior knowledge, and can involve improvisation with materials available at the time, often by untrained persons.

Fresh water is the most important source of life on the earth. Any living thing may survive without food for days however it is impossible to imagine life without water and oxygen. The ever increasing human population enhances the demand of more water for purposes like drinking, washing, performing industrial processes, irrigating crops, arranging swimming pools and other water-sports centres. Water pollution is done by the people of all over the world because of increasing demands and competitions of luxuries life. Waste products from many human activities are spoiling the whole water and decreasing the amount of oxygen available in the water. Such pollutants are altering the physical, chemical, thermal, and biological characteristics of the water and adversely affecting the lives inside as well as outside the water.
When we drink the polluted water, harmful chemicals and other pollutants goes inside our body and deteriorates all the body organs functioning and puts our lives in danger. Such harmful chemicals also disturb the lives of animals and plants greatly. When plants absorb dirty water through their roots, they stop growing and die. Thousands of seabirds are killing because of the oil spilling from ships and industries. High level of water pollution is done due to the chemicals coming out of the agricultural usage of fertilizers, insecticides and pesticides. The effect of water pollution varies from place to place upon the type and amount of water contamination. The degradation of drinking water needs an urgent basis prevention method which is possible by the proper understanding and support from the end of each and every person living on the earth.

Bài 1: When water becomes undrinkable and harmful for our existence, we call it polluted. Water is polluted in many ways. Firstly, farmers often use chemical fertilizer and insecticides in the corn fields. When rain and flood water wash away these chemicals into the rivers, canals or ponds and water gets polluted thereby. Secondly, mills and factories throw their waste into the rivers and canals and thus pollute water. Thirdly, ignorant people pollute water by throwing human waste and filth from drains and unsanitary latrines. Water vehicles also pollute water by dumping oil, food waste and human waste. By drinking polluted water, we suffer from fatal diseases-and die. Water pollution may cause serious environmental disaster. To minimize water pollution, various measures may be taken. However, making people aware of the dangers of pollution is the best measure to reduce water pollution to an optimum level. Bài số 2 Water pollution is one of the most serious environmental problems. I live in a mountain village. My parents often tell me storries about their life in the past. It`s not much like village I can see nowadays. Some villages now live in brick houses instead of earthen ones. Our houses are better equippded with electric fans and TVs. Thanks to the TV, we now know more about life outside our village. We don`t use oil lamps any more. We have electric lights which are much brighter. More villagers are using motorcycles for transport instead of riding a horse or walking. We - village children no longer have to walk a long way and cross a stream to get to school, which is the dangerous in the rain season. Now there is a new school nearby. We also have more visitors from the city. They come to experience our way of life.
It all goes back to the history of recycling. Starting in 1900, people recycled pots, pans, and other metals by melting them down. But as more plastic products were made, Recycling got confusing and codes were created. Thus, recycling codes are important so you know what to recycle. Now, recycling is more important than ever. Incentive programs are encouraging people to recycle more and help the environment. Recycling is done all over the world. In certain countries, some programs pay you for recycling products. Recycling is the third ‘R’ of Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. As you contribute your bit towards recycling and making the environment clean, keep the following in mind:
Before throwing anything, think a way to reuse that item ,plastic containers can be used to store items in the refrigerator,old items can be given to charitable organizations where they can be utilized,cans and containers so we must recycling.
