Hey guys,whats up.My name Quoc.Im 15 years old.Today,I warna tell your about activites.In the morning,I often get up at 6.30a.m.I brush my teeth,wash the face and the I have breakfast.Monday at 7.30a.m I go to school.I finish my study at 11h30.I have lunch at 12h30.I have 1 hour to take a nap.At 13.30p.m,I go to school again.I finish all stuffe a 16h30.I come back hom at 17 o'clock I do somesports from 17h30 to 19h.After that I cook dinner with my farther and take a bath.I take 2 hours homework from 20h to 21h30.I go to bed at 21h45.That's all.Thank your for you're listening 

on school days I usually get up at 5:30. Then I clean myself with exercise. At 6 o'clock I change clothes, prepare books for class. I study from 7 am to 11:15 am. Afternoon from 1 pm to 5 pm. Go back to change clothes and play sports until 6:30 pm. After that, I eat lunch and study until 9:30 pm. Done and brush my teeth. then go to bed and start a new day

Everyone has their own habits, for example my friend has a habit of playing on the phone after waking up, and I have a habit of reading books before going to sleep. Next, I have my breakfast and wait for the school bus. At 8 o’clock I go to school and start my first class then I go to the second class. After that, I often take my lunch break and talk with my friends. At around 12 noon I go back home and take a rest. Next, I usually watch some TV and chat with my family then I do my homework and help my mother in the house. At 9 o’clock I read a book and go to sleep.

Every morning from Monday to Saturday, I get up at half past five. After breakfast, I go to school by electricbike. It takes me about 10 minutes from my house to get to my school. Usually, I study at school until 11:30 a.m. I return home at noon to have lunch . In the afternoon I attend English and computer classes. I always get home just in time for dinner at 7:30 p.m.

The daily routine is good because one of this reason. First, it makes us more efficient. When we have a routine that we follow daily, it reduces the need to make decisions each day. It enables us to know exactly what tasks we need to do each day without having to contemplate, decide or think too much. When we are finished with one task, we know what comes next without much thought. Activities become standardized and we become more efficient as a result. Second is it reduces our need to plan. When we carefully design a set routine to follow, it eliminates the need to plan our activities every morning and budget and allocate our precious time. It takes the guesswork out of our day and allows us to wake up and ‘do’ instead of wake up and ‘plan’. The last thing is it breaks bad habits. While our routine helps us develop good habits that are in line with exploiting our full potential, it also helps to eradicate bad habits that do not serve us well. We can slowly replace our bad habits with good ones through repetition.

The following are reasons why the daily routine is a good thing to have. When you have a daily routine, one of the benefits you'll get is better time management. Being able to manage your time well allows you to finish what needs to be done in a timely manner. A bonus to time management is allowing for more free time to do what you or enjoy family time. Another benefit of a daily routine is self-discipline. Discipline allows you to stretch your limits and improve yourself. Self-discipline is learned when you have to follow a certain set schedule. These are a few benefits of a daily routine.

My pareants regularly gets up early in the morning, go for a
morning walk. After taking bath they do pooja and then prepares breakfast for me. Then they keep themselves busy in doing household work. In the free time they like to read spirituals books and magazines. At noon my parents and I watche serials and also takes rest. Be evening we go for fetch milk and then later my parents prepare food for us. That’s how they spend their all day.
