To Have Good Health, what we need to do is to eat hard. We should eat a lot of fruits, vegetables, fish, and other vitamin supplements. They will help us nude stronger, and live longer. Things we should not eat, are our favorite foods. As fries, junk food, fresh water, foods contain a lot of fat. They will make us obese, weak.
