Most of the common people never realize the importance of being healthy and fit. They generally underestimate the importance of good health as they never know the advantages of it. We all know that health is wealth but only few people follow it in their life. Being healthy and fit, helps us in carrying out our daily tasks. Being healthy is not only a body free of diseases, but it also means to have a tensionless mind. If a person has unhealthy mind, he cannot has an unhealthy body. Good health of both, body and mind helps us to get success in life and enjoy it in full extent. Good mental health makes us feel like a wellbeing and healthy body gives us physical strength and confidence. Good physical health helps us in our trouble times whereas poor physical becomes more weak and prone to diseases.

We need to be aware about all the points of how to keep us healthy both physically and mentally. Some people know well about how to keep their body neat, clean and healthy however they carry some tensions in their mind, so they always lack of being fit. Mental tension gradually deteriorates the good condition of body and makes it weak. People, who are serious about their health and fitness, do exercises on daily basis and eat healthy food in timely manner. They are much conscious about their health and avoid being lazy, eating unhealthy food and sedentary life.

Hello everybody! My name is Linh. Today I will tell us about how to keep fit and stay healthy. In my opinion, there are many things to keep fit. Firts of all, we should eat three meals in a day and enjoy some delicous food such as vegetables or fruit. Secondly, we must drink enough water every day. Thirdly, we should do exercise and play sports more than. Fourthly, we should spend more time to enjoy outdoor activities than playing games on computer or watching TV, because they can affect our eyes. Staying healthy physically can help you stay healthy emotionally too. If you're eating the right food and keeping fit, your body will be strong and help you to cope with stress and also fight illness. Eating well and exercising often when you're a teenager will also help you stay in good health later in life. You can keep fit and stay healthy by some the following tips:Eat healthy , get regular exercise it can help prevent heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and colon cancer, lose weight if you're overweight...Eat a variety of nutrient-rich foods. -Your daily food selection should include bread and other whole-grain products; fruits; vegetables; dairy products; and meat, poultry, fish and other protein foods and enjoy plenty of whole grains, fruits and vegetables.Health can be defined as physical, mental, and social wellbeing, and as a resource for living a full life. ... Factors for good health include genetics, the environment, relationships, and education. A healthful diet, exercise, screening for diseases, and coping strategies can all enhance a person's health.Our healthy is very important, so you need to protect it carefully.

The health is very important with our life. Many people said that " Having a good health is having every things". And the truth, if you haven't got a good health, you will not have perfect happiness in family, life and career. So that, It's necessary to keep your fit.
There are hundreds of thousands of way for you keep your fit. But in my opinion, you can notice some following point:
+ You should do morning exercises or play sport as ride bicycle in fresh air. Riding bicycle helps to reduces polluted environment too.
+ You should have a good diet, eat enough the nutriment. Always have breakfast ( The nutrionist proves that breakfast is the most important meal per day). You should have meal in time. The best time to have lunch is about 11am to 12am, and for dinner is about 6 to 7pm. You should eat less meat, especial beef, turkey, fork...and should eat a lot fruit and vegetable, salad, fish; should drink a lot water, about 1l to 2l per day. Don't smoke and drink strong wine.
+ You should breathe fresh air, away from polluted areas.
+ You should have sufficient sleep, at least 6 hours per day, not stay at late. I deal sleeping is about 11pm.
+ You shouldn't work too hard, reduce the pressure, prevent from stress.
+ You should keep yourself and your home, especially your room lean, tidy.
+ You should see the doctor regularly periodic examine.

Nowadays , keeping healthy very important . With the high living standard , our health is worse . So that , we have to have a way to improve our health . With me , to keep healthy , the first thing is doing exerise , it helps me more comfortable , help me stay in shape and make my body more thin . Not only doing exercise , we also have to eat full , we should eat more fruit, fish and eat less meat . Because if we eat too much meat , we will be fat and won't be good for our health .

There are many ways to keep fit. Firstly, you should have a balanced diet. For example, you should drink a lot of water. You should not eat fat, meat, junk food and fast food. Especially, you don't smoke, drink beer, wine and whiskey because that will make you are the pressure. The second way. I should do exercises. For instance, you can do morning exercises: walking, jogging, running,.or you can play sports: swimming, playing soccer, playing volleyball,...Because this makes you stronger, taller and healthier. Last but least, you should sleep enough. You should sleep eight hours a day and go to early because it is good for skin, more optimistic, and always keep the smile on your slips. Instead of, you go online, you should read the book before going to bed. Because it will take going to have dreams beautifier. In conclusion, there are have a good health.

Traffic jams have appeared in many places of our country. So in the future, many interesting means of transport will be born by humans.

My dream means of transport is skycycling. In my opinion, it will br powered by solar energy and wind energy to avoid pollution and save fuel. Two people can sit on it. We can use it anytime and anywhere. It's won't take a lot of space. I think it will look like a big tube. People will pedal to move tubes in skyrails. With the use of morden techndogy, skycycking will be able to help us many things and it will make our life become better. Skycycling will be able to avoid traffic jam, pollution and it help us comtemplate sky more clearly.

Anh in the future, I hope people will make skycycling is the same as my dream.

Vietnam is famous with its traditional and delicious dishes. All of them easioly bring to anyone's mouth indeed, but as myself, I enjoy spring rolls best. Spring rolls are lightly fried rice -paper rolls, smaller and crispier than Chinese egg rolls but more flavorful. They are filled with highly seasons morsels of crab, shrimp, chopped vegetables, onion, mushroom, vermicelli and eggs. To prepare them, place the above mentioned filling on a thin rice pancake, roll up then fry. Finally, spring rolls, when fully prepared, are wrapped into some kinds of fresh vegetables, then doused in fish sauce. My mother usually cooks spring rolls for me, especially on important days in year, such as Tet holiday. When I eat them, I feel all of my mother's love that she reserves for me. To me, they're like the most special dish in this world

I have many hobbies, but I like reading most. Books are always a good friend to me. It is a good way to improve my vocabularies by exposing many new words.I star to reading book when i in grade 3.my brother inspired me to do that.I usualy share my hobby with my friend and my english teacher.By reading, I get better at concentration because it requires me to focus on what I am reading for long periods. It also opens up the knowledge door for me. Reading books tell me about the world's history, let me see the structure of the brain, or bring me a story of Sherlock Holmes. I think reading is one of the most interesting indoors activity and I will keep this hobby forever.

I like reading book .I enjoy reading a book when I am free.I started to do it when I was four years old. The first time I did it, I felt interested. So I kept reading.Firstly, reading makes me feel comfortable after many long stressful hours at school. I actually like comic books because they contain lots of colorful and interesting images that keep my spirit relax. Secondly, reading books provides me a great deal of diverse knowledge of many fields.For me, there is nothing makes me happier than to have a stack of books on my nightstand to attack on a night when there is no alarm clock waiting the next morning.Finally, reading helps to enhance my vocabulary in both Vietnamese and English language. In Vietnamese book, I can learn many traditional folks or proverbs that help me understand more deeply the beauty of my mother tongue. About English books, I can improve my English reading comprehension skill in study.In conclusion, I really like reading books, for it brings many good things to me. I see it as an useful activity to learn how to make life more meaningful and beautiful.
