Nowadays, many children have their own smart phone or laptop and their parents don’t spend enough attention for them, so children can’t manage their time between study and entertain. You know what, most children around the world are using social network, especially Facebook. I, as my friends, are using Facebook because it has a lot of advantages with us. For example, it helps us contact with people all over the world, updates the news, etc. Nevertheless, Facebook also brings us negative effects and teenagers shouldn’t spend too much time on it. Firstly, in our ages, Facebook is not a good choice because there are many harmful information for us, like crime, violence, sex. Besides, Facebook can contact us with many people, including good and bad people. If a kid use Facebook, then a bad guy can use them to do illegal acts. Moreover, when children spend all their free time on Facebook, they will become antisocial and their health will be affected, so they can't study well. To sum up, kids shouldn't spend too much time using Facebook, then they should use that time for do outdoor activities, help their family and do their hobby like art, sing, etc.

I love books and also natural as reading books. At the age of ten, I was awarded "The Scarlet Sails" of Alexandre Green by my grandfather. It is the first of book that I have been. I read it does not know how many times (Up to now, I still love it and occasionally read it again). My love for books begun.
I usually spend almost of free time in choosing the book with my friends, participate in dicussion on the forum and reading (of course!). In my free time, I often play video games and watch TV. On the weekend, I go to the park and play badminton with my friend. My opinion, parents should decide for teenagers spend their free time sensibly. right balance between learning and playing. First, young people can play thirty minutes in their free time after school is finished. during work breaks, teens can play sports such as basketball, football, badminton and so on. have few friends, free time is not known, then on facebook all day. it's a waste of time. Second, young people can read books to develop the brain and thinking ability. Third, young people can help their parents with housework in your spare time, or go charity with her parents. Fourth, parents should provide for youth participation in social activities so that they are more confident and make friends. for this reason, parents should let teens participate in activities or play in their free time and do not create pressure for teens.
