1. Tập thể dục nhiều hơn:giữ dáng là lời khuyên quan trọng nhất của chúng ta. Bạn có thể chơi đá bóng,hay thậm chí là đi bộ đường dài. Nó ổn,nhưng hãy đảm bảo rằng bạn sẽ tập 3 lần một tuần hoặc nhiều hơn nữa!

2. ngủ nhiều hơn: Nghỉ ngơi nhiều thật sự rất quan trọng! Nó giúp bạn phòng tránh sự mệt mỏi và giúp bạn tập trung ở trường. Bạn cũng sẽ sảng khoái hơn vào buổi sáng.

3.ăn ít đồ ăn vặt: Bạn là những gì bạn ăn! Vì vậy hãy chắc chắn rằng nó là đồ ăn tốt như hoa quả và rau củ, không phải đồ ăn vặt.Nó cũng giúp bạn phòng tránh bệnh béo phì.
