Vietnam is famous with its traditional and delicious dishes. All of them easioly bring to anyone's mouth indeed, but as myself, I enjoy spring rolls best.
Spring rolls are lightly fried rice-paper rolls, smaller and crispier than Chinese egg rolls but more flavorful. They are filled with highly seasond morsels of crab, shrimp, chopped vegetables, onion, mushroom, vermicelli and eggs. To prepare them, place the above mentioned filling on a thin rice pancake, roll up then fry.
Finally, spring rolls, when fully prepared, are wrapped into somes kinds of fresh vegetables, then doused in fish sauce. My mother ussually cooks spring rolls for me, espeicially on important days in year, such as Tet holiday. When I eat them, i feel all of my mother's love that she reserves for me.
To me, they're the most speicial dish in this world.

It's my Longevity ceremony of my grandparents. So, all of members in my family present enough. And I very happy, I want to cook a dish for people. I make some muffin coffee cakes.
You need to prepare these materials:
- three hundred grams of flour.
- fifteen grams of baking powder.
- one gram salt
- one hundred and seventy grams of sugar.
- two hundred milliliters of Non-sugar fresh milk.
- fifty grams black chocolate
- thirty milliliters of black coffee.
- two eggs.
- ninety grams cooking oil.
Make these cakes:
Step 1: pour all of the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt into the bowl. Mix .
Step 2: Chopped chocolate and put on the bowl. Boild two hundred grams of fresh milk, until milk is hot, put milk into the bowl containing chocolate. Mix until chocolate soluble then put coffee into the bowl and mix with coffee with chocolate. Cool down.
Step 3: Beat the eggs and put it slowly into the chocolate and coffee bowl. Add cooking oil, afterthat mix until the material blended.
Step 4: Put mixture in step three into mixture in step one, then use a smoon stirring the mixture till the mixture enough wet.
Step 5: Heat the oven at one hundred and eighty degrees Celsius for about five minutes. Then pour the mixture into the mold and grilled for about twenty-twenty five minutes.
Step 6: Get these muffin coffee cakes out of the oven, wait for the cake to cool and eat them.
My family is really enjoying my muffin coffee cakes and so do I.

Moreover, Pho is popular in international market for its pleasant taste and reasonable price. Foreign tourists visit Vietnam and they really the taste of Pho here. I am very proud of it. In near future, I hope Pho will be more famous in other countries so that foreigners can enjoy this cuisine and understand about Vietnamese culture.
I to eat many different kinds of food, but my favorite one of all time is Pho. Pho is already a so famous food of Vietnam, and most people will immediately think of it when we mention about Vietnamese cuisine. It is understandable that many people fall in love with Pho, because it has featuring smell and taste that we cannot find anywhere else. To have a good pot of soup, we need to have many different kinds of spices such as anise, cinnamon, etc; and the most important thing are the bones. Those bones needed to be cooked for long hours to get the sweet and tasty stock, and then we combine other ingredients. The noodle is also special since it is not other kinds of noodle. It is made from rice flour, and it is thicker than the others. After pouring the stock into a bowl of noodle, the next step is to put on the beef slices and other toppings. I to eat rare beef slices and meat ball, and they are also the basic toppings that Vietnamese people to choose. We finish the bowl with some basil, coriander, bean sprout and black pepper. Besides, we can also other side dishes to eat with Pho egg and blood in boiling stock. All of them create a harmonious flavor that can attract even the strictest eaters. Although Pho has many versions from different parts of the country, it is always the national dish that almost all Vietnamese love to eat. I will continue to choose it as my favorite food forever.

Des Moines is the capital of Iowa. Life here is upbeat but not too busy. Everyone that is born and raised in Iowa is very relaxed and kind. We love to say hi and help one another and we love cars. Generally, traffic is pretty good. We don't have a lot of traffic jams. However, during rush hours, you cannot move an inch on the interstate because everyone is trying to get on and off. This usually creates chaos and a huge traffic jam. In Des Moines, we have all kinds of jobs, from white to blue-collar jobs. Inside downtown, we usually have white-collar jobs. The father away from downtown, the more blue-collar jobs we have. Due to the huge population of immigrants, the city of Des Moines is also very diverse. This diversion births a hub of mulultural foods. Driving down Douglas Ave, you can see different kinds of foods from many cultures, such as Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Italian, Hispanic, American, Indian, Burmese, etc. One day you can have Chinese, the next day Indian. In Iowa, Des Moines is the most diverse and busiest city. It houses many families from many different countries and still able to keep American culture and values.
Around the world there are many cuisine but I still spaghetti the most. The main ingredients to make spaghetti are noodles, beef and tomatoes. Besides, we can add onion, carrot, bean or other kind of vegetable. At weekends, my mother and I usually go to the market, buy goods and cook spaghetti for my family instead of traditional dishes. It’s easy to cook this food. All we have to do are boiling noodles, chopping beef and making a good sauce of tomatoes. There is a tip for a perfect sauce is adding a slice of lemon into it. If there is a need of vegetable, It can be served with carrot and peas. Spaghetti supplies high nutrients and several vitamins, which good for your health especially for diet people. I will talk about Fried rice with vegetable and chicken curry with salad. This is, in fact, the most popular menu in our country. The rice is first boiled in water and then the boiled rice is fried with some chicken and vegetables and oil. The chicken curry is prepared separately using some spices and chicken and finally, the salad is prepared using different vegetables and fruits and then those are cut into pieces and mixed together with mustard. Then these three items are served together.
I eat this menu approximately 3-4 times in a week. This menu is prepared at home mostly and sometimes I eat it in a restaurant. There are some variations in the way this food is prepared and the ingredients using which this food is made. Different restaurants have their own speciality in preparing and serving this menu.
This is my favourite food for many reasons: firstly it is very delicious and healthy. This menu meets the demand for different food values our body needs. It is available in most of the part in our country. Thirdly, I like it as it offers the variations of tastes. Moreover, it is not that much expensive to prepare and does not require o much effort to prepare. For all these reasons it is my favourite food.

I think we need to stay healthy to prevent the flu, keep as healthy as i can by taking good care of myself. Sleep and nutritional considerations are help to prevent the onset of a cold or flu, a healthy lifestyle helps my immune system to be in its best possible shape, giving me the best chance of being able to fight off the onset of a cold or flu.
I need to eat healthily. Healthy foods such as vegetables, fruit, grains, etc., are an important part of keeping my body nutrition at its optimum. Processing fatty and sugary foods don't give the immune-boosting protection that healthier food does. Sugary foods can decrease immune function.
Exercise regularly. Exercise has enhancing immune-system that can help ward off illness. Overdo too much strenuous or excessive can leave me prone to illness, too. I make sure to get adequate sleep every night, get at least seven to eight hours sleep nightly
I need to reduce my stress too. Stress can harm the ability of my immune system to work optimally, and people who are stressed tend to catch colds more than less stressed people. Manage my stress is contributing to prevent the flu. Beside, Drinking water may also help wash cold and flu viruses from my throat to my stomach where they cannot survive. Although getting cold doesn't actually cause a cold or flu (the viruses do), but being cold can reduce my stamina and make me feel miserable and fatigued, so i need to stay warm.
In addition, i eat more fruits to get vitamin C that might help me prevent the common cold, and i will also drink more milk, this will be help me healthy and stronger to prevent the cold
