Vietnam is famous with its traditional and delicious dishes. All of them easioly bring to anyone's mouth indeed, but as myself, I enjoy spring rolls best.
Spring rolls are lightly fried rice - paper rolls, smaller and crispier than Chinese egg rolls but more flavorful. They are filled with highly seasond morsels of crab, shrimp, chopped vegetables, onion, mushroom, vermicelli and eggs. To prepare them, place the above mentioned filling on a thin rice pancake, roll up then fry.
Finally, spring rolls, when fully prepared, are wrapped into somes kinds of fresh vegetables, then doused in fish sauce. My mother ussually cooks spring rolls for me, espeicially on important days in year, such as Tet holiday. When I eat them, i feel all of my mother's love that she reserves for me.
To me, they're the most speicial dish in this world.

My favorite subject in school is History. History is my favorite subject because to me learning about the history of the world and learning why wars were started and the sorts of mistakes humans have made in the past to me it is all so very interesting. Plus we need history because we look at history to see what sort of mistakes we have made in the past, learn from these mistakes, and try to not make the same mistakes in the future. What is your favorite subject in school and why?
Take it easy, friend.

It's a truth that in love and war,
World's collide and hearts get broken,
I want to live like I know I'm dying,
Take up my cross, not be afraid
[Chorus]
Is it true what they say, that words are weapons?
And if it is,then everybody best stop steppin',
Cause I got ten in my pocket that'll bend ya locket,
I'm tired of all these rockers sayin' come with me,
Wait, it's just about to break, its more than I can take,
Everything's about to change,
I feel it in my veins, its not going away,
Everything's about to change.
It creeps in like a thief in the night,
Without a sign, without a warning,
But we are ready and prepared to fight,
Raise up your swords, don't be afraid,
[Chorus]
This is a warning, like it or not,
I break down, like a record spinning,
Gotta get up,
So back off,
This is a warning, like it or not,
I'm tired of listenin', I'm warning you, don't try to get up,
There's a war going on inside of me tonight (don't be afraid) [x2]
Wait, it's just about to break, its more than I can take,
Everything's about to change,
I feel it in my veins, its not going away,
Everything's about to change,
It's just about to break, its more than I can take,
Everything's about to change,
I feel it in my veins, its not going away,
Everything's about to change.
Music has always been a big part of my life. My mother played the clarinet and piano, and I took lessons on both instruments as a child. I later played in the junior and high school bands, earning a college scholarship (playing tenor and baritone saxophones). I also sang in my church choir and, later, several college choruses. Having always liked many types of music, I accumulated a large record collection and then an even bigger collection of CDs. I have attended many record shows in the U. S. and in Europe, and still sell collectible CDs regularly on eBay. I attend as many live concerts as time (and money) permits, so the interest that was passed on from my mother has continued for most of my life.
My entire extended family is musical--literally, all 27 of them. I long ago figured out my role is audience. I love music, I enjoy it when it's on, I appreciate it when it's done well, I worship to it in church, but I don't play it regularly in my home or my car or on my person. I do play it in my classroom (soundtracks, no words) during work or quiet time, but that's about it. I love what it does, which is move me, but I find I am more moved by words.
