I live in a big complex in one of the most beautiful streets of Sacramento.
The area around my apartment is very beautiful and full of trees and flowers. Around our complex, there are two swimming pool and a gym. I sometimes do exercises in the gym. I‘m going to swim a lot in summer in the swimming pool. About half a mile away from my apartment , there is a Safe way store, a gas station, some shopping malls and some restaurants. Our neighbor hood is very calm and the people are kind and friendly.
I like my neighbor hood a lot. Because it’s very beautiful and calm and I can find every thing that I need around that.
2.
My neighborhood is very nice place. It is quite, nice, clean. My neighbors are friendly, talkative and kind. We have a good friendship. For example, when I moved to my neighborhood , my neighbors brought a delicious apple pie. Advantages of my neighborhood- I can improve my second language, when I talk to them. I found many different friends, we always help each other, if we need. We celebrate a lot of holidays together. Also we have a lot of children over there. It is important and good point for me because I have a little sun and they can play and have a lot of fun together. They never get bored. I don't have any examples of disadvantages because I am absolutely happy and calm in around my neighborhood and neighbors.

My neighborhood is not bad. It is quite place. I don’t know all of my neighbors, never meet them. Usually when I see my neighbors I say Hi to them. My parents-in-law live across the street from my house, that’s the only neighbors I know on my street. Otherwise I don’t like my neighborhood because there is no good school for my children, and I don’t fill safe in my neighborhood. We used to have neighborhood watch couple years ago, but person who was assigned she died and since then I don’t know if we have one or not. I didn’t help my neighbors and they never help me with anything.
Dear Susan,
I hope this letter finds you well. I'm excited to tell you all about the job I had during the school holidays. I worked at a local animal shelter, which is just a few miles from my house.
My main task was taking care of the animals, which included feeding them, cleaning their enclosures, and ensuring they were comfortable. It was hard work, but incredibly rewarding. I got to work with a team of dedicated and passionate individuals who shared my love for animals. My workmates were fantastic, and we formed a strong bond over the summer.
I found the job to be fulfilling, knowing that I was making a positive impact on the lives of these animals. One unexpected event was when we rescued a stray kitten, and I ended up adopting her. Her name is Whiskers, and she's become a beloved member of our family.
In my free time, I also organized a small fundraiser for the shelter to help them with their expenses. It was a great experience, and I plan to continue volunteering there even after the holidays.
I can't wait to catch up and hear about your summer adventures too!
Regards,
Vy Võ

Dear Timmy:
You know, it’s funny, for as long as we’ve known each other, we’ve spent very little time actually around each other. But I really wanted to tell you how much the time we’ve spent together has meant to me, and I also wanted to say thank you.
We don’t really think about it much, but the words “thank you” can accomplish so much and can convey more than one could possibly imagine.
Thank you for being one of the first people to be nice to me in elementary school. I think you saw the fear in my eyes when I showed up at a new school where most of you had kind of grown up around each other. You hung out with me on the playground and would always invite me to play games with you at recess.
Thank you for always being the same back then, no matter what. I sadly hit my popular peak in fifth grade, and even though we were in the same class we didn’t talk so much. That was my fault and I’m sorry.
While I was feeling the joy of being popular, you were being labeled as troublemaker — and worse, a lost cause — by the very adults that were supposed to be guiding us, teaching us, nurturing us. No child should be made to feel that way.

3. As for me I spent a week in Turkey. I took the plane in Paris
and flew for three and a half hours to Izmir. There a woman
was waiting for us to drive us by bus to Kusadasi (pronounced
kouchadaseu). She is a French woman who married a Turkish
man five years ago. She is from Lievin, in the North of France.
She confessed that her husband followed her to France but
he didn't get used to the weather. It was a bit too wet and
too cold for him. So, they went back to Turkey. He then
became the manager of a hotel (not the one we went to) and
she started working for a holidays group at the hotel where
we went.
We arrived in the afternoon at the hotel which is based very
close to the sea. How wonderful it is to have meals almost on
the beach, listening to the waves and looking at the sun
downing in the evening. We could have a glass, then go to the
beach and as soon as we were thirsty come back to the bar
and have another glass before swimming a little. It was very
comfortable. I loved it.
Concerning the site, it was very beautiful. The beach was in
front of us and on the right side, we had a view on the
mountains. We even took a boat to some little beaches on the
edge of these mountains. The water was like a warm bath.
And you'd say, what about Turkish people? They are really
nice. They don't speak a lot of French, but if you can speak English, I assure you you can spend good time with them. I
had the feeling that they didn't know what to do to please us.
I have never met so nice people. I advise you to go there,
really, you'll come back with so many souvenirs in your minds.
Dear Jocy,
I'm so excited to hear that you are coming to my country in July. I have been in my summer vacation and I'm all free to join with you.
If you ask me about the weather, I will describe it with lots of sunshine and tropical wind. So, that will be great for us to swim at the Times City Swimming pool near my house. After that, we can eat Trang Tien ice-cream, a Hanoian specialty, at a big restaurant nearby.
Tell me whether my idea interests you. I'm looking forward to your response!
Pinky.
