My partner, Minh, has a quite unhealthy eating habits. He usually eats nothing in the morning if he has to go to school. Sometimes in the day off, he eats hamburgers and instant noodles, which are not good for health. During the day in the school, he often has fast foods and cocacola even for lunch. He said he likes fast foods and canned foods and always buy them in the supermarket. He also doesn’t eat vegetables and fish. He loves fried chicken and chips.

I have given him some advice and he has promised to try a new more healthy diet. I suggest he drink water instead of cocacola, eat much fish and vegetables. He can try beans and peas cause they are not fatty but very nutrient. Besides, he should stop consuming so many fast foods. He had better do some exercises if he wants to lose weight and keeps fit and healthy.

Eat a variety of vegetables, especially dark green, red, and orange vegetables (3 or more servings a day).

Eat a variety of fruits (2 or more servings a day).

In some countries it use as the mother tongue and ,other countries learn it as second language in their schools. This is make English widespread. In addition, many reasons which contributed to rising of English spreading . for example, use it for communication between people around the world, as well as, it is language of modern times. On other hand , English is the language of science and technology.

There is no doubt that, the English is language of communication between the people with different cultures . It is also the language of computers that help to communicate with the people around the world through Internet technology and e-mail. People who know English can deal with the Internet, which is regard information and communications revolution .

Also one of reasons that contributed to the spread of English that, it is the language of the modern era. Where the people are use it in various field of life such as, economy, e-commerce, medicine and aviation. In addition ,it is the language which use in the tourism and travel. This reasons motive the people to learn English .

One of the main reasons why the English is dominant in the present time, use it in the field of education by universities and institutes and, they use it in scientific research . It has become an addendum to the mastery of scientific individual stock. On the other hand, the English is an important requirement in most government jobs and private.

It is quite clear that English has become an necessity today. We need it in different fields of life . The English language has become easier to learn more than ever before with the availability of many sources to help people learn very easily. Children like to eat fast food, chips, sweets and other fatty foods. But I think I eat quite healthy food.

Usually I eat for breakfast sandwiches or muesli. At weekends I usually eat semolina pudding. My next meal is at school. On Tuesdays and Thursdays we have soup. On other days we have roast. My school ends at 2 o’clock. Then I eat dinner. Usually I have for dinner salad, pancakes or sandwiches. For supper I usually eat meat or fish with pasta or potatoes. Sometimes we have stew. For desert I like to eat ice-cream or strawberries. Sometimes I eat a snack before going to bed.

At Shrove Tuesday we eat pea soup and shrove buns. At Christmas we usually eat sauerkraut soup and black pudding. On New Year’s Eve we eat fondue.

My favourite fruit is apple. My favourite vegetable is carrot. My favourite drink is Sprite. My favourite juice is orange juice and my favourite soup is macaroni soup. My favourite desert is ice-cream. I like to eat slices of bacon and I like to drink still water. I hat garlic.

I think I eat quite healthy food.
