I would like to talk about my routine. In the morning I usually get up at 6:00 AM. After finishing cleaning in the morning , I have breakfast and go to school. I arrived at school at 6:30 am. I eat lunch at 11:30 and I often listen to music, watch movies and play games in my free time. Sometimes, I read books and I often read at noon. I usually exercise every morning and play soccer in the afternoon. I sometimes go to the movies with my best friends. My friends and I often gather on Sundays to go for drinks or coffee. I wake up every 6.30 AM to prepare for a new day. I tidy up my bed, fold the blanket carefully and then go to the bathroom. After brushing my teeth, I clean my face gently with warm water. After that, I put on my uniform and go to school by my bike. Class ends at 4:00. Around 4.30 I go home. After that, I help mom with the housework. First sweep the house, clean the house, then dry the clothes. Next I help my mother cook and wash dishes. I usually shower before meals. About 8 o'clock, I study by myself. I have to make sure that the homework is finished. At 10:00 pm I go to bed to stay healthy.

Everyone has their own habits, for example my friend has a habit of playing on the phone after waking up, and I have a habit of reading books before going to sleep. This habit may have been formed since I was young; my mother read me bedtime stories every night when I was not able to read. They could be fairy tales, parables, poems or lyrics. When I started reading well, my mother let me read my favorite books myself. At that time I used to read The famous detective Conan and Doraemon, and my bookcase was almost full with comics. Until I was older, my habit of reading before bed time was still maintained. Hi everybody. My name is ........ Currently, the weather is winter, it is quite cold. And currently there are still a number of children in this area who do not have warm clothes to wear. I propose a volunteer project to give children warm clothes. The volunteer project is called "Warm clothes in winter". Together we will mobilize participants in this area, and together we will donate old clothes that do not fit anymore to give to them. Everyone and I will set the main goal of this project that in the winter children will have warm clothes to wear. And it is done nearby in this town, in the area..... In this project we will have (the teacher, me, and a few volunteers and friends). The main activities of this project includes: Mobilizing money, clothes, giving warm clothes to children,... Of course, the children will benefit mainly, in addition we will also receive support. love and respect from them. I hope this project will be successful and many children will have warm clothes to wear. Hope everyone cooperates and works together.

Tôi có đề xuất 1 dự án tình nguyện để cho các em nhỏ có áo ấm.Dự án tình nguyện tên là "Áo ấm trong đông". Chúng ta sẽ cùng nhau vận động người tham gia trên địa bàn này, và cùng nhau quyên góp quần áo cũ , không mặc vừa nữa để mang tặng cho họ. Tôi và mọi người sẽ cùng đặt mục tiêu chính của dự án này là trong mùa đông các em nhỏ sẽ có áo ấm để mặc. Và nó được thực hiện ở gần trong thị trấn này , trong khu vực ..... Trong dự án này chúng ta sẽ có (cô giáo , tôi , và một vài tình nguyện viên cùng các bạn).Các hoạt động chính của dự án này bao gồm : Vận động quyên góp tiền, quần áo , trao tặng áo ấm đến các em nhỏ,....Tất nhiên , các em nhỏ sẽ được hưởng lợi là chính , ngoài ra chúng ta cũng sẽ nhận được sự yêu mến và kính trọng từ họ. Tôi mong rằng dự án này sẽ thành công và nhiều em nhỏ sẽ có áo ấm để măc. Mong mọi người cùng hợp tác và hoạt động

The daily routine is good because one of this reason. First, it makes us more efficient. When we have a routine that we follow daily, it reduces the need to make decisions each day. It enables us to know exactly what tasks we need to do each day without having to contemplate, decide or think too much. When we are finished with one task, we know what comes next without much thought. Activities become standardized and we become more efficient as a result. Second is it reduces our need to plan. When we carefully design a set routine to follow, it eliminates the need to plan our activities every morning and budget and allocate our precious time. It takes the guesswork out of our day and allows us to wake up and ‘do’ instead of wake up and ‘plan’. The last thing is it breaks bad habits. While our routine helps us develop good habits that are in line with exploiting our full potential, it also helps to eradicate bad habits that do not serve us well. We can slowly replace our bad habits with good ones through repetition.
