Hi bernice, My name 's Linh, i'm from Viet Nam,I still study english as well, exactly about 7 months ago. At the first time, when i speak english with foreigner , you know, my heart seem to be broken and felling panic.... And i think we must keep our passion as well as don't be scared and worry.... Today I would to talk about myself (or I am glad to introduce myself). I am Lan. I was born and grew up in a poor village but it is very peaceful. People here are very kind and friendly. And you know I love my village so much because there is my family there. My family has four people: my father my mother my older sister and I. My father is an engineer. He works for a good company in Hanoi. My mother is a teacher. She teaches me so much. My older sister is a student. We have a lot same points. She s reading comic books fishing collecting and I do too. Her enjoy color is red but I blue. She taught me how to live in a university environment how to make acquaintances with anyone and so on and I thank her for those. Thanks to her teaching I know much more and have so many friends. I always promise myself to try to study well in order to my family can be proud of me.

My hobby is reading books. I started my hobby when i was a small girl. I share my hobby with my friends. We often read books after school. One of the books I best is the books of famous person in the world. In this book, I can know many lifes of famous person. I want to be a rick person in the future.

I have many hobbies, but I reading most. Books are always a good friend to me. It is a good way to improve my vocabularies by exposing many new words.I star to reading book when i in grade 3.my brother inspired me to do that.I usualy share my hobby with my friend and my english teacher.By reading, I get better at concentration because it requires me to focus on what I am reading for long periods. It also opens up the knowledge door for me. Reading books tell me about the world's history, let me see the structure of the brain, or bring me a story of Sherlock Holmes. I think reading is one of the most interesting indoors activity and I will keep this hobby forever.

My favorite festival is Lunar New Year. On New Year's Day, everything seems so bustling, fun. I was given new clothes. Have a family reunion with the rice dish with delicious Tet holiday food. I get money lì xì. Great number of. On New Year's Day, the roads are so colorful. Peach blossom, apricot blossom, flowers bloom all the way. What a passionate New Year's Day!

My favourite festival is Christmas. It celebrates the birth of Jesus Christ. It is an important festival in theWest. I love this festival because it brings a long holiday to us to enjoy ourselves.Every year before Christmas, my family and I buy some presents for relatives and friends. We decorate our house with a lot of festive decorations. We put up a Christmas tree in the living room and we decorate the tree with little angels, many beautiful bells and some little Santa Clauses. We also place a big star on top of the tree.On Christmas Eve, my sister and I put stockings beside our beds, and my parents secretly put some gifts inside the stockings. I will also put gifts secretly under the pillows of my parents to surprise them.During Christmas time, we have Christmas parties. I have parties with my family, relatives and friends. We prepare a lot of food such as turkey, Christmas cake, chicken wings and sausages. At the parties, I give Christmas cards to everyone and we exchange gifts with each other. Together we sing Christmas carols.
Christmas is fun. I love this festival very much.

Normally, when I have free time, I usually play sports, watch tv, surf webs and read books. After learnt stressful hours , activities such as help me entertain and relax. And playing sport is the free time activity I best. Firstly, I to play sport because it is really a healthy activity . You knows, sports provides many benefits for our health. It can improve health and help us to be strong. Addition, sport help us increase in statue and have a excellent body. Secondly, I sports. I fell as dynamic as possible. Moreover, It make me full of energy. Lastly, well, It is what I enjoy most when playing sports. That is sports can help us take up the community. We will knows a lot of peoples because of having the same interests in play sport. True me, I was acquainting a lot of friend when I play sports. My favourite leisure activity is reading. I reading because it is a hobby that is useful and interesting: useful because you can find a lot of knowledge of all areas that you need; interesting because the books can give you the joy and help you relax after a day of toil etc... Especially, when you join the forum, you can meet a lot of people who have interests similar to yours, comment on the books or novels that interest you.I love books and also natural as reading books. At the age of ten, I was awarded "The Scarlet Sails" of Alexandre Green by my grandfather. It is the first of book that I have been. I read it does not know how many times (Up to now, I still love it and occasionally read it again). My love for books begun.I usually spend almost of free time in choosing the book with my friends, paripate in dicussion on the forum and reading (of course!). Every weekend and all holidays when I have no work to do, I often read books and ruminate on it. I also help some friends can select the genres of books that they .I always hope that I will have my own library in my future. I love books very much and perhaps, I couldn't live without them.

Volunteer is one of Vietnam’s long-standing activities contributing effectively to community development, capacity building and poverty reduction. Volunteer activities are taking place vibrantly with every passing day, not only do they bring positive results from specific volunteer programs but they also conduce to generate and raise awareness for a large number of people in Vietnam.
Tình nguyện viên là một trong những hoạt động lâu đời của Việt Nam đóng góp tích cực cho phát triển cộng đồng, xây dựng nguồn nhân lực và giảm nghèo. Các hoạt động tình nguyện diễn ra sôi động vào mỗi ngày trôi qua, không chỉ đem lại những kết quả tích cực từ các chương trình tình nguyện cụ thể mà còn góp phần tạo ra và nâng cao nhận thức cho nhiều người ở Việt Nam.
The key point of volunteer activities is a part of a global effort to ensure that every child has access to a quality education – it’s a direct route out of poverty. In addition, the activities will be the main distributor of connecting the people, improving the living standard, and helping the poor around countries.
Điểm mấu chốt của các hoạt động tình nguyện là nằm trong một phần của nỗ lực toàn cầu để đảm bảo rằng mọi trẻ em đều được hưởng một nền giáo dục có chất lượng – đó là một con đường để thoát nghèo. Ngoài ra, các hoạt động này sẽ là tác nhân chính kết nối mọi người, nâng cao mức sống và giúp đỡ người nghèo xung quanh các quốc gia.

In fact, these volunteer activities remain separate and spontaneous; information on volunteer activities is not accessible with majority seeking information about specific volunteer programs that interest them due to the lack of coordinating network among volunteer clubs and organizations.
Tuy nhiên, hoạt động tình nguyện của Việt Nam rất đa dạng về nội dung và hình thức. Nhưng, trên thực tế, các hoạt động tình nguyện này vẫn riêng biệt và tự phát. Thông tin về các hoạt động tình nguyện thường không được cập nhật để tiếp cận với đa số những người cần tìm kiếm thông tin về các chương trình tình nguyện cụ thể mà họ quan tâm, mà nguyên do chính là thiếu sự phối hợp giữa các câu lạc bộ và tổ chức tình nguyện.
