I live in a small village called Vinh An. There are about 700 people here. I love the village because it is very quiet and life is slow and easy. You have never to queue in shops or banks.
People never throw rubbish in the streets, so the village is always clean – people often look after it with great care. The air is always fresh too. The people here are much more friendly here than in a city because everyone knows everyone else, and if someone has a problem, there are always people who can help.However, there is one thing I don't like about my village is that there is not much to do in the evening. We haven't got any cinemas or theaters. But I still prefer village life to life in a big city

My father was the police (inspect)___inspector__and my mother was a primary school(teach)_teacher __. They had both grown up in the city and lived there their entire lives. As I grew up, I realised that there wasn't much for a young person to do there, expect rush into(marry)___marriage __. When I left, my parents were sad, but they realised that staying there would only make me(misery)__miserable __. There not only a table, a desk with a computer but also a TV. My guitar and the piano were in the corner of the room and there were many beautiful colour lights on the ceiling. There was a small white rug on the wooden floor and plenty of books were on the shelves opposite to the bed.
I'm very grateful to my parrents that builded for me the best room ever that I never had before!
