What should we do to save energy (how to save energy)?
Energy is very important in our daily life. We use energy for almost everything we do. However energy is limited. We should do the following things to save energy. Firstly, we should use electricity more efficiently. Secondly, we had better reduce our electricity bills. Besides, it’s necessary to turn off the lights when leaving a room or before going to bed to save energy. Moreover, we ought to reduce the use of fossil fuels. In short, we should try our best to save energy for our future and for our planet’s future.

The health is very important with our life. Many people said that " Having a good health is having every things". And the truth, if you haven't got a good health, you will not have perfect happiness in family, life and career. So that, It's necessary to keep your fit.
There are hundreds of thousands of way for you keep your fit. But in my opinion, you can notice some following point:
+ You should do morning exercises or play sport as ride bicycle in fresh air. Riding bicycle helps to reduces polluted environment too.
+ You should have a good diet, eat enough the nutriment. Always have breakfast ( The nutrionist proves that breakfast is the most important meal per day). You should have meal in time. The best time to have lunch is about 11am to 12am, and for dinner is about 6 to 7pm. You should eat less meat, especial beef, turkey, fork...and should eat a lot fruit and vegetable, salad, fish; should drink a lot water, about 1l to 2l per day. Don't smoke and drink strong wine.
+ You should breathe fresh air, away from polluted areas.
+ You should have sufficient sleep, at least 6 hours per day, not stay at late. I deal sleeping is about 11pm.
+ You shouldn't work too hard, reduce the pressure, prevent from stress.
+ You should keep yourself and your home, especially your room lean, tidy.
+ You should see the doctor regularly periodic examine.
If you want to live long, the most important thing is that you have to be always happy.
You should be more optimistic, cheerful, try to comfort all the time, always keep the smile on your lips. You can tell jokes, be funny.
You can get married earlier, love and be loved, devote to your happy, get a good job...

1.I have many hobbies, but I like reading most. Books are always a good friend to me. It is a good way to improve my vocabulary by exposing many new words. By reading, I get better at concentration because it requires me to focus on what I am reading for long periods of time. It also opens up the knowledge door for me. As you know, sources of energy like solar energy, wind energy,.. are very important. People use them for many things:cooking, heating,ect...But, almost the sources of energy have the disadvantages and advantages. There are two kinds of energy:non-renewable and renewable energy. Non-renewable is very popular in many countries. They are abundant, available and easy to use. However, they won't last forever and they're harmful for the environment. And, people will use renewable energy to solve the problems of non-renewable energy. Renewable sources of energy are forever and they're clean and safe, too. Nevertheless, they have some problems, too. For example, nuclear is clean but it's dangerous to use. Wind power has many advantages but it isn't available,... On the other hand, there are some sources of energy don't have some serious problems like solar energy. It's the reason why people use solar energy in the future. So, what should we do to save energy? We should use them properly and use them less. We should use less cars or motorbike, too. It also have the enviroment. Energy is very important, we should protect them for our life in the future.
Our society is dependent on nonrenewable resources that have expiration dates. For this reason, it’s important to promote alternative energy sources, including renewable resources solar and wind power.

Actions driving electric and hybrid vehicles, installing solar panels on and properly insulating your business and home, and using energy-efficient appliances are all smaller-scale changes that you can make to reduce your nonrenewable resource usage.
