The past, I don’t the cooking. One day, I just raised my head to surprise two eyes starting at me when I was holding a piece of almond cake. He said: “ can you make it? I it so much”. The fact, it was my friend but I  promised that: I will make a almond cake for him. So, he was look handsome .

Today, I get up early and go to supermarket to buy some of raw material. Needing  a lot of ingredients: 1 cup sliced almonds, butter, purpose flour, 4 egg yolks, 2 large egg whites, whole milk, vanilla extract, fresh lemon juice, black berries, raspberries, salt, sugar…

I have never imagined to make a cake that have many processing stages. But I promised, I will try my best.

  • The first, I turn on the microwave ( 175oC) and give paper in the trap
  • Mix the flour, salt, baking powder together
  • Prepare the mixing of egg and sugar ( mixer high speed in 3-4 minutes, the mixing become yellow ivory )
  • Milk and butter were boiled, then give the mixing of egg and sugar the before.
  • Given in the mold, grilled from 30 to 35 minutes, check again.
  • Putting out the microwave, the sk rammed hole full of the cake’ surface.
  • Making the ice- cream cover in the cake ( when the cake is hot).
  • Grilled the cake from 2 to 3 minutes ( almond is becoming yellow, don’t let burned)
  • Waiting the cake decreasing hot, put out and give the table, protect in the closed box.

Pho is one of my favorite foods. Pho is the most popular and special dish in our country, Vietnam. There are two main kinds of Pho: Pho with beef and Pho with chicken. Pho is served in a bowl with a specific cut of white rice noodles in clear beef broth, with slim cuts of beef (steak, fatty flank, lean flank, brisket). Chicken Pho is made using the same spices as beef, but the broth is made using only chicken bones and meat, as well as some internal organs of the chicken, such as the heart, the undeveloped eggs and the gizzard. I always enjoy a bowl of hot and spicy Pho for breakfast. Mornings are a special time for pho in Vietnam. I love Pho and I can eat it every morning without  boring.

Văn chương có một tác dụng vô cùng to lớn đối với đời sống con người. Trong văn bản “ý nghĩa văn chương”, nhà phê bình Hoài Thanh viết: “Văn chương gây cho ta những tình cảm ta không có, luyện những tình cảm ta sẵn có”. Thật vậy, văn chương đã góp phần tích cực trong việc xây đắp và bồi dường tình cảm cho con người. Từ thuở lọt lòng, ta đã được nghe những lời ru ngọt ngào, tha thiết. Đó chính là những làn điệu ca dao, dân ca ngợi ca tình cảm gia đình, tình làng nghĩa xóm, tình yêu quê hương nước… Kho tàng văn học dân gian phong phú đa dạng đã xây đắp cho ta tình yêu đối với những người thương yêu ruột thịt, với xóm làng và đất nước thân yêu. Chẳng những vậy, những tác phẩm vàn học ta được đọc sau này “Tinh thần yêu nước của nhân dân ta” (Hồ Chí Minh), “Ý nghĩa văn chương” (Hoài Thanh),… lại tiếp tục bồi dưỡng, củng cố tình yêu đối với những gì máu thịt, gắn bó nhất với ta trong suốt cuộc đời.
