1. Eat a small handful of raw seeds and/or nuts every day. If you’re going to buy anything from the supermarket to snack on, let it be raw seeds and nuts… do not go for the chips and cookies!
 
2. Eat fresh fruit two times a day. Vary the color of the fruits: think red, green and orange for example, and alternate between grapes/berries, apples/pears and oranges/mandarins.
 
3. Many of you eat out most of the time, so it’s important that you order right. As a rule of thumb, always fill half your plate with vegetables, and a quarter each of protein and good carbs. Make sure you choose vegetables in a variety of different colors (green, red, orange, yellow…).
 
4. Choose good sources of protein, and try to include oily fish such as salmon and tuna two times a week. Avoid red meat as much as possible; keep it to once a week (or less!), and choose very lean cuts.
 
5. Chew your food well, until it becomes soft and almost liquid. This will help enormously with your digestion, and you will eat less!
 
6. Be religious about your water intake! It’s your most vital nutrient, so make sure you consume 6-8 glasses of water a day. Cut your coffee and soda intake, and replace it with tea and vegetable juices. At a business lunch, for example, you can order a Virgin Bloody Mary instead of a diet Coke, and tea instead of a coffee.
 
7. Avoid sugary and rich/fried food, and keep away from the bread and butter basket at restaurants… save the calories for real healthy food!

Sorry to hear that you are ill. Don't worry. I had it last week and I feel better now. These are some advices for you. You shouldn't go out and you should go to bed early. You also need to drink a lot of water. Everyday, remember to check the temperature and keep warm. Don't open the window or do any housework. Please take a rest.

Dear Hoa,

I think you should eat less junk food. You should eat more vegetables, fruit and do more exercise in everyday. Yo can join the aerobics club or sports club too. It's will hepl you stronger . If you don't do morning exercise , play sports , eat less fast food, you will fatter before. It;s not good for health. Easy to remember it, right ?

Dear _____

Most people like sport, so do I. I like sport because sport is my favourite entertaiment in my free time. Futhermore, sport is good for health and it also help way of me to get rid of the work stress
My favourite sport is badminton. Because of four reasons.
Firstly My health will be improved though playing it. It makes me feel very excited and comfotable, so I play it every afternoon.
Secondly, it makes me more active in my life
Thirdly, I can make a lot of friends. We can improve our skills of playing badminton when we play with each other.
Finally, playing badminton isn’t as dangerous as: Voleyball, soccer…it is safe sport, not being hurt
In VN, Tien Minh is the most excellent badminton sportsman. He is nineth over the world in march in 2013. He is my idol

When I have freetime, I usually play badminton with my colleagues, One of them is Mr Thang, He is very good at this sport, but I don’t play very well, so when I play with him, He always makes me run and run, then I feel very tired. Although the game make me very tired, but I always like and practise it. I feel heathier and fitter than before.
