Người ta thường nói "I come back home" chứ không ai nói "I come back house" cả. Nói nôm na, về ở đây là về với gia đình, không hẳn là chỉ về với cái nhà không thôi.

Tương tự, người ta sẽ nói "I will buy a house in HCM City". Vì "nhà" ở đây mang ý nghĩa vật chất, cái mà ta có thể thấy được ^^

Bởi vậy mới có câu, " If you have money, you can buy a house, but cannot buy a home" - " Nếu bạn có tiền, bạn có thể mua một căn nhà, nhưng không thể mua một mái ấm gia đình"

Read the passage and choose the correct answer to each of the following questions. Children can benefit a lot by helping out at home. Doing chores helps children learn skills they can use in their adult lives, like preparing meals, cleaning the house or doing the garden. Being involved in chores also gives children experience of relationship skills like communicating clearly or working as a team. It also allows them to feel valued and competent. And sharing housework can also help families work better and reduce family stress. When children help out, chores get done quicker and parents have less to do. This frees up time for the family to do fun things together. As a result, family life is more pleasant when everyone shares the chores. It’s best to start by choosing chores that work for children’s ages and abilities. Getting children into the habit of doing housework can begin as young as the age of three, by asking them to put away their toys when they’ve done playing with them. Older children can help with setting the table, cleaning, cooking and so on. Teenagers can help with preparing or cooking dinner, babysitting their younger siblings or shopping for groceries. However, there are some children who are motivated to do chores for pocket money. It might not be a good idea. Instead of linking chores to pocket money, parents can praise children’s positive behaviours and give them small rewards like choosing the TV programmes or having a special meal. 31. What is the main idea of the first paragraph?
