Without water no living thing on the earth could survive. We need water To quench our thirst. water our lands to grow crops or to keep the animals and fowls in our homes alive. Even the plants and insects in all parts in the world need water to live.
We also need water to produce electricity and to carry our goods or trade. Electricity is very important for our comforts today. Almost everything that we use in our homes today depends on the use of electricity. In the same way, water also helps to transport many or the goods that we need for our homes. Ships, rafts and boats carry many things from distant lands and help to exchange goods between one country and another. Transport by water is easier and cheaper than by air or land.
But water has also caused much sorrow and hardship in all parts of the world floods and heavy rains have destroyed crops, lives and property through the centuries and caused much sorrow everywhere.
Yet, water is so important that all living things, including the tiniest of creatures, will continue to struggle to get it whenever or wherever they can.

Television has many useful and educational programs that can help children learn useful things, some knowledge about nature from the programs on television. However, watching TV regularly is not necessarily good for children. So I disagree about letting children watch TV regularly at school and at home.

Watching television regularly will make children have eye problems, addiction to television and will have health consequences such as obesity and asthma. Not only does TV not only have educational programs but it also has many programs that teach children about bad habits, causing many children to engage in aggressive, violent or irritable behaviors. In addition, it can also reduce creativity and imagination, become ineffective at work, and watch a lot of TV will decrease academic performance. Affects perception of the world around them. Lack of social language skills, limited interaction with others and other essential social skills.

So avoid letting children watch TV a lot, as it can greatly affect future generations . We need to encourage children to participate in outdoor activities to exercise their health. hiuhiu

First, you should eat more fruits and vegetables because they provide vitamins, a which is good for your eyes and they also provide fiber, a which is good for your digestive system. Đầu tiên, bạn nên ăn nhiều trái cây và rau xanh hơn vì chúng cung cấp vitamin, tốt cho mắt và chúng cũng cung cấp chất xơ, rất tốt cho hệ tiêu hóa của bạn. Ngoài ra, bạn nên tập thể dục nhiều hơn và ở ngoài trời hoạt động thể chất nhiều hơn, chẳng hạn như chạy bộ, đá bóng, yoga, ... để đốt cháy nhiều calo hơn. Hơn nữa, yoga sẽ giúp bạn ngăn ngừa bệnh tật và giúp bạn dẻo dai hơn. Bạn không nên dành thời gian để chơi game trên máy tính, sẽ không tốt cho mắt của bạn. Bạn không nên ăn đồ ăn vặt và đồ ăn nhiều chất béo để giúp bạn không bị béo lên. Bạn nên nghe theo lời khuyên từ các bác sĩ và chuyên gia sức khỏe để giữ dáng. 5. Xem ti vi ít hơn.

Có vài điều hay để xem. Nhưng quá nhiều cũng không tốt cho bạn hay mắt của bạn.

6. Dành chơi máy tính ít hơn.

Nhiều người chúng ta thích chơi máy tính, nhưng chúng ta nên ít dành thời gian chơi nó hơn. Hạn chế thời gian của bạn một tiếng, hai hay 3 ngày trong tuần, hay ít hơn nữa.

3.ăn ít đồ ăn vặt: Bạn là những gì bạn ăn! Vì vậy hãy chắc chắn rằng nó là đồ ăn tốt như hoa quả và rau củ, không phải đồ ăn vặt.Nó cũng giúp bạn phòng tránh bệnh béo phì.

4. Rửa tay nhiều hơn:nó thật dễ dàng để bị cảm cúm. Chúng ta nên cố gắng giữ vệ sinh hơn. Sau đó bệnh cảm cúm sẽ thấy nó khó hơn để lây lan.

5. Xem TV ít hơn: Có rất nhiều thứ tuyệt vời để xem. Nhưng nhiều quá sẽ không tốt cho bạn và mắt của bạn.

6. Dành thời gian chơi máy tính ít hơn: Rất nhiều trong chúng ta yêu trò chơi máy tính, nhưng chúng ta nên dành thời gian chơi chúng ít hơn. Thời gian giới hạn của bạn chỉ là 1 giờ, 2 hay 3 ngày trong tuần, hoặc ít hơn.
