The best time to have lunch is about 11am to 12am, and for dinner is about 6 to 7pm. You should eat less meat, especial beef, turkey, fork...and should eat a lot fruit and vegetable, salad, fish; should drink a lot water, about 1l to 2l per day. Don't smoke and drink strong wine.

You don't have to join a gym to get exercise. Depending on your interests you can purchase inexpensive equipment for improving muscle strength, endurance, flexibility, aerobic capacity, fat burning, core training and the like. I recommend an exercise ball, and yoga mats for stretching. Pilates equipment for floor work, a small weight set, and abdominal exercisers are also a good investment. Hydrotherapy has been used by many cultures worldwide to purify and cleanse. From Native American sweat lodges, to Scandinavian saunas, to California hot tubs. Indulge in water therapy to cleanse and refresh body and soul. Saunas purify your blood and can help you relax. You can purchase a small sauna or hot tub for your home. You are what you eat; therefore you can only create the body you want when you fuel yourself with food that is good for you. Find food grown locally. Daily servings of vegetables, and food grown without pesticides are best. Take a daily walk. Walking burns fat, and boosts your mood as well as your metabolism. Walking will also get you outside, where you can enjoy nature and experience your neighborhood. Conscious breathing centers your mind, develops focus, and calms the nervous system. Drink plenty of water. Your body is made of over 80% water. Water cleans your blood, floats your brain and burns fat! Drink plenty of fresh water every day.
Sleep is when your body grows, your body heals, and your mind dreams, relaxes and organizes. To encourage healthy sleep,

I had a trip to Da Lat with my class 12 in three days last year when we had a special time together. The trip was started at 5pm. I couldn’t forget that the air was on. I felt so happy because I knew that I would a good time with my friends. We arrived in Da Lat at 3pm. The weather was quite cold, but all of us felt really joyful. I wish I could have stayed there, and my dream came true. After we had a lunch, we went to camp fire at night. I climbed the Lanbiang mountain with my friends and took many pictures. At the time we’re really having a wonderful time, after we were under stressed from studying. There were many students in my school. We made a circle around a big fire, and had a lot of activities with ethnic minority people such as: performed dances, sang together, drank wine…etc. The weather was very cold, but we continued organizing the program. The air was really warm and exciting when we had many beautiful smiles, handed in hands, danced around the fire together. I have never a good time like that, and I couldn’t forget that things happened at this night. On second day, we got up at 6am. After we had a breakfast, we’re visiting to the church. We took some pictures together, bought some souvenirs. After that, we went on sightseeing in the waterfall. The scenes were too really wonderful to believe in my eyes. The last, we’re visiting the Gold Vale. I saw a lot of impressive scenes such as: high vales, dense fog, tall pines...We sat on the grass, and talked together about the feelings. I was really relaxed when I stood before the wonderful scenes like that. At 12 am, we came back the hotel and had a lunch. After, we return the room to take a rest. At night, my class has a free time. The nightlife was great. We’re riding the bicycle around the Xuan Huong lake, and singing together loudly. My feeling was very comfortable now. Next, we ate chicken porridge and drank hot Soya milk together. Then, we’re visiting an exciting Da Lat market and going shopping there. These memories would stay in my mind forever. We came back our rooms at 10pm. We had a party together that left some beautiful memories of this trip. We ate the food and drank the wine each other. At the time, I recognized that friendship was very important and I loved them so much. After the party finished, we went to bed. We came back the Sai Gon city next morning. Although the trip was ended, my good memories about Da Lat camp would always stay with me in all my life.

2- Favorite sport : football

My favorite sport is football. In America people called it Soccer. But I like to call it Football. It has been my favorite sport almost for 10 years, when I was 15 years old, and it still is, even though I’m not practicing it anymore. Nowadays, most of people in the world like football,so it is called the king of sports. Why do people like it? I think the most reason is it easy to play. You can play football every where if you just have a ball with the right size. Not only men play football but also women can play. There is the World Champion for men players each 4 years, and for Women as well. In addition, football have a big attraction. When World cup took place, a large number of millions people watched it on TV and saw it directly. Now there are many football club in each country, even district, school in the world. In the football today there are much more money involved, especially in sponsors. But player also cost a lot, There are many players as C.Ronaldo, Beckham, Zidane who cost over 50 million euro, even over 100 million euro. Many big and famous club have large stadiums with alot of fan in all over the world. They can get a great number of billion US dollar from broadcasting copywrite every year and a big avenue from sponsors and advertising. That prove the attration of football. To me, I like football because it's a useful, healthful, collective but competitive sport. I like overenthusiastic air on stadium on each match. Anyways football always is the most favorite sport of mine.

Pho is one of my favorite foods. Pho is the most popular and special dish in our country, Vietnam. There are two main kinds of Pho: Pho with beef and Pho with chicken. Pho is served in a bowl with a specific cut of white rice noodles in clear beef broth, with slim cuts of beef (steak, fatty flank, lean flank, brisket). Chicken Pho is made using the same spices as beef, but the broth is made using only chicken bones and meat, as well as some internal organs of the chicken, such as the heart, the undeveloped eggs and the gizzard. I always enjoy a bowl of hot and spicy Pho for breakfast. Mornings are a special time for pho in Vietnam. I love Pho and I can eat it every morning without boring.

Vietnam is a foodie’s paradise with a variety of unique flavours and specialties. This is our favourite 10 traditional foods of Vietnam, which we fell in love with.

Pho (pronounced “Fur”) is The traditional food of Vietnam and known throughout the world. It is usually a chicken (ga) or beef (bo) broth with thin rice noodles and various herbs.

Pho originated in the early 20th century in North Vietnam and spread around the world via refugees who fled during the Vietnam War years.

A yummy variant of Pho is “Bun Bo Hue” from the Central Vietnamese city, Hue using rice vermicelli (instead of rice noodles) and served in a delicious shrimp and lemongrass based broth.

Cao Lau is the signature dish from the Central Vietnamese town of Hoi An and one of Stefan’s favourite traditional foods of Vietnam.

The recipe for Cao Lau includes a plate of thick dark rice noodles served in small amounts of richly flavoured broth, topped with pork slices, bean sprouts, greens, herbs and deep-fried croutons.

The noodles make this dish unique because they are darkened after being soaked in ash water from a specific tree found only in the nearby Cham Islands.

Mi quang is another popular Central Vietnamese noodles dish, similar to Cau Lao, but the noodles are flat white and tinted yellow by the addition of turmeric. The protein source varies from beef, chicken, beef, pork or shrimp.

It is topped with herbs, crushed peanuts and a hard-boiled egg. Mi quang was one of Sebastien’s favourite traditional foods of Vietnam and if you find this sweet lady in the Hoi An local market, her mi quangs are one of the best.

Bun cha is a grilled pork based dish served with vermicelli, fresh herbs, vegetables, fish sauce and chopped spring rolls. It originated from Hanoi and spread across Vietnam.

It is served with everything presented in separate bowls (one for the grilled pork, another for the vermicelli, another for the herbs, the chopped garlic and the pickled vegetables) and you assemble it yourself. It is not the healthiest traditional food of Vietnam but a very tasty one!

And to conclude our best traditional foods of Vietnam article, a beer selfie with our favourite brew, aptly named after the city. If you wanted to down it, you’d clink your glasses first and cry out:

“mot hai ba, YO!”

(ie 1,2,3, drink!)
