c)\(\left(\frac{3}{4}\right)^2.\sqrt{16}+\left[\left(-2\right)^3:\left(-8\right)-1^{2019}\right]=\frac{9}{16}.4+\left[\left(-8\right):\left(-8\right)-1\right]=\frac{9}{16}.4=\frac{9}{4}\)
