I am writing a letter to your company after having seen the advertisement you guys put out. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone at the telephone number you gave, so I am writing this letter.

I was wondering how the salary system works there. I want to know how much the wages are, what day of the month we get our paychecks, and how much more we can make on overtime at an hourly rate. I was also wondering if I can do overtime as much as I want.

I love working and usually I work a lot of overtime hours. I would also like a better explanation about rapid advancement. Thank you so much.

I am really pleased to know that you were interested in my job advertisement on the paper. Also, I feel sorry for the inconvenience you met for not contacting with our staff on the phone. This is the reason why I personally answer your questions about the position of your interest in this letter
In our company'salary system, the hourly rate for an undergraduate like you is 20$ with 8-hour working schedule and 5 days a week. The wages will be paid at the end of the month.
Besides, you will be paid 200% and 300% over the above wages for working overtime on working days and the holidays, respectively. However, your maximum overtime hours can not be in excess of 10 hours a week.
Our company always has incentives to promote staffs who are energetic and active in promoting the company's business efficiency. So you will be easily promoted to the position of Team leader if you have much contributions to raising the company's turnover.
