Vào thời Hùng Vương có một đôi vợ chồng tuy đã già nhưng mãi chưa có con. Vào một buổi sáng sớm khi lên nương làm rẫy, chợt thấy một dấu chân rất to in trên mặt đất, bà sửng sốt kêu lên:
- Ôi! Dấu chân của ai mà to thế này!
Thấy kì lạ, bà đưa chân mình vào ướm thử, về nhà bà liền có thai. Chẳng giống như bình thường, bà mang thai 12 tháng mới sinh ra một bé trai và đặt tên là Gióng. Gióng lên ba tuổi mà chẳng biết nói biêt cười. Hàng xóm láng giềng xung quang bắt đầu dị nghị, lời ra tiếng vào, bàn tán về đứa trẻ kì lạ. Họ cho rằng bà thụ thai kì lạ nên đứa trẻ sinh ra cũng không được bình thường. Vào năm ấy, giặc n xâm lược nước ta. Quân giặc rất đông và hung hãn, đi đến đâu, chúng cướp bóc, tàn phá đến đấy. Quân của vua Hùng nhiều lần xuất trận nhưng không thể đánh thắng số lượng áp đảo của quân địch. Trước tình hình ấy, vua Hùng rất lo lắng, cử sứ thần đi khắp các vùng miền tìm người tài. Đến làng Phù Đổng, với lòng căm thù quân giặc sục sôi, ý chí bảo vệ đất nước mãnh liệt, người dân cả làng xin vua cho được đi đánh giặc. Không khí đánh giặc cứu nước lan tỏa khắp nơi nơi, mẹ Gióng vô cùng buồn rầu ao ước rằng giá như Gióng cũng bình thường như những người khác thì đã có thể xung quân đánh giặc. Lời ru của mẹ cất lên đầy tha thiết nhưng cũng đầy giục giã: “Làm trai đứng ở trên đời/ Sao cho xứng đáng giống nòi rồng tiên”. Những đứa trẻ khác thấy Gióng vẫn ngủ thì nói: “Gióng ơi dậy đi thôi! Cả làng Phù Đổng ta xin vua cho đi đánh giặc rồi đấy!”. Những lời nói ấy như có sức mạnh làm thức tỉnh con người ngủ quên trong Gióng, Gióng bỗng cất tiếng gọi mẹ xin cho đi đánh giặc: “ Mẹ ơi! Xin mẹ cho gọi sứ giả vào đây”. Mẹ Gióng vô cùng bất ngờ, chuyện quốc gia đại sự đâu phải trò đùa của trẻ con, nhưng Gióng vẫn cương quyết: “ Mẹ hãy tin con, con có thể ra trận đánh giặc”. Mẹ Gióng đến gặp trưởng làng và mời sứ thần đến gặp Gióng. Gióng nói với sứ giá bằng giọng rõ ràng, dứt khoát: “Xin hãy nói với nhà vua làm cho ta một con ngựa sắt, một cái roi sắt và một cái áo giáp sắt”. Sứ giả ban đầu cũng hoài nghi, dù sao Gióng cũng chỉ là một đứa trẻ. Nhưng lúc ấy, có một con rồng không biết từ đâu bay đến rồi vút cao lên trời xanh, biết là điểm báo của trời, vội vàng về tâu lại với nhà vua. Từ hôm ấy, Gióng bỗng lớn nhanh như thổi, ăn bao nhiêu cũng không đủ, vươn vai trở thành một chàng trai khỏe mạnh, khôi ngô, tuấn tú. Những vật dụng cần thiết được mang đến, Gióng cùng trai tráng làng Phù Đổng ra trận đánh giặc. Đánh đến đâu, quân giặc khiếp sợ bỏ chạy đến đấy. Khí thế đang mạnh mẽ thì ngờ đâu roi sắt gãy, Gióng nhanh trí nhổ một bụi tre bên đường, quật vào quân giặc tới tấp. Tướng giặc cùng đường phải giơ tay xin hàng, chiến thắng thuộc về nhân dân của nước Văn Lang. Lúc bấy giờ ngựa Gióng đã tiến đến chân núi Sóc Sơn. Gióng bèn cởi toàn bộ giáp rồi cả người lẫn ngựa bay thẳng lên trời.
Từ đó để tưởng nhớ công ơn của Gióng, vua Hùng cho lập đền thờ ở quê nhà và phong Gióng là Phù Đổng Thiên Vương. Hàng năm, nhân dân vẫn tổ chức lễ hội để du khách thập phương tìm về bái lễ.

I was born and grown up on the poor land in Duc Tho district, Ha Tinh province. That’s where deeply attaches to me 24 years of life. If anyone who asks me that “What’s the thing your most proud of?” .I will answer that’s my hometown. Duc Tho is the land poor where the people live by rice cultivation, breeding, and fishing. Although the life is very difficult, but the people is very friendly, and studious. In Duc Tho, there is a Tung Anh village where called “Doctor village”. Duc Tho is also the home of Tran Phu Secretary General, and marked many memories of the great leader Ho Chi Minh.
If you come to Duc Tho, you will feel many interesting things, visiting Tran Phu tombstone, La Giang dyke, rowing on La driver, and enjoying the traditional songs. In the evening, they can enjoy a special food which is “mussel rice” – just only eat one time, you will never forget.

Hello, everybody! My name is Hanh. Today I am here to present to you about Favorite TV shows. I very watching cartoons. And of all the film I have seen, “Grave of the fireflies” is one in the cartoons which I most. In Vietnamese it’s called is “Can ham đom đom” or “Mo đom đom”. It’s a tragic story about two childents in the war. It’s made from Japan by Ghibli studio, directed and written by Takahata Isao. It is based on a nover of Nosaka Akiyuki. It’s written as a apologize to his sister. With Japanese, this film is understand as a fable about the respect. Film is been in historical background at the end of the seconds world war from Japan. Film tells a painful story but moving to brothers sentiment of two orphanages : Seita and Setsuko. They lost mother after a fierce bombing of American air force to Kobe city while their father combat for Japanese navy. So Seita and Setsuko must to struggle to exist between the famine and the resistance to merciless of surrounding people (that have their kinship). They have to live in a shelter-pit and often eat frogs and lizards. At the end, Setsuko have to die for hunger, pictures depict painfulness and the death of little girl can be considered as the most mournful film pictures in the cartoon Japan history. When everybody, who had seen this film are asked, most of them said they cried, and that have me. That brings me to the end of my presentation. Many thanks for your attention!

I this program because it is very funny and entertaining. It's on Disney Channel at 5pm from Tuesday to Saturday every week. I always watch it . This program is about a cute girl, funny and intelligent but quite lazy and friends good-hearted, genial of jadoo. Through cartoon, I developed communication skills, perseverance and life skills. My middle school is a paradise with fresh air, picturesque scenery and loved ones around. It is located in the countryside amid stretches of green fields, with lined- trees and colorful gardens, creating a wonderful setting. Moreover, this school is designed with a large-scale plan. This is a 2-storey building with a capacity of 500 people and is heavily invested in infrastructure with well-equipped classrooms. In a good environment, students are given many valuable opportunities to discover and develop their inner talents. Besides modern facilities, this school is also known for its enthusias and qualified teachers, dedicated and devoted to teaching. In short, I only attended this school for 1 year but it seems that the school has become an indispensable part of my life

My school is very grand having three storeys impressively structured building and located in the centre of city. It is situated around 3 km from my home and I go to school by bus. My school is one of the best schools in the state I live. It is located at very peaceful place without any pollution, noise and dust. School building has two staircases at both ends which lead us to every floor.
It has well equipped and big library, well instrumented science lab and one computer lab at first floor. At ground floor there is a school auditorium where all the annual functions, meetings, PTM, dance competitions takes place.
Principal office, head office, clerk room, staff room and common study room are located at ground floor. The school canteen, stationery shop, chess room and skating hall are also located at ground floor. My school has two big cemented basketball courts in front of the school principal office while football field lies in the side of it.
My school has a small green garden, in front of the head office, full of colourful flowers and decorative plants which enhance the beauty of the entire school complex. Around 1500 students have taken admission in my school. They always rank higher in any inter-school competitions.
The study norms of my school are very creative and innovative which helps us in understanding any tough matters very easily. Our teachers teach us very sincerely and tell us everything pracally. My school ranks first in any programme inter-school cultural pursuits and sports activities.
My school celebrates all the important days of the year such as Sports Day, Teacher’s Day, Parents’ Day, Children’s Day, School Anniversary Day, Founder’s Day, Republic Day, Independence Day, Christmas Day, Mother’s Day, Annual function, Happy New Year, Mahatma Gandhi Birthday, etc in a grand manner.
We paripate in the co-curricular activities such as swimming, scouting, N.C.C., school band, skating, singing, dancing, etc. Students having unfair behavior and undisciplined activities are punished by the class teacher as per the school norms.
Our principal takes classes of every student daily in the meeting hall for 10 minutes to deal with our character formation, etiquette, moral education, acquiring good values and respecting others. Our school time is very interesting and enjoyable as we do lots of creative and pracal works daily.
Our oral assessment of storytelling, singing, poem recitation, conversation in Hindi and English is taken by the class teacher on daily basis. So, my school is the best school of the world.

Ở trường, mình có biết bao nhiêu là bạn bè, họ rất đáng yêu và ngoan ngoãn. Vào các giờ ra chơi, chúng mình thường chơi 1 số trò dân gian như nhảy ngựa, bịt mắt bắt dê, ô ăn quan,... Ngoài ra, mình còn tham gia một số câu lạc bộ như câu lạc bộ sách, piano và tiếng anh. Sau giờ học, mình cùng một số bạn thường ở lại để vệ sinh lớp học và học nhóm. Đến tối, mình giúp mẹ nấu cơm rồi cả gia đình mình tập trung ở phòng khách để xem những kênh truyền hình yêu thích, chia sẻ với nhau những mẩu chuyện trong ngày. Trước khi đi ngủ, bố sẽ mang cho mình một cốc sữa và kiểm tra tình hình học tập của mình. Hello, this year I am twelve years old. I live with my family in a small lovely house on the outskirts of the city. Every day, my mother wakes me up at five thirty. The atmosphere is fresh then. At this time, some other families also wake up, they go to the market, do exercises, prepare the energy for a new day. I always water vegetables and feed chickens in the garden with my father. Then I back to my room, do personal hygiene and get dress, prepare books to go to school. When I get downstairs, my mother is busy with preparing breakfast for the whole family in the kitchen. After eating, my father takes me to school by motorbike because my school is quite far away from my house. At school, I have many friends, they are all very cute and docile. At the breaks, we often play some folk games such as horse jumping, blindfolded goats, box office, ... In addition, I also paripate in some clubs such as book, piano and english club. After school, I and some of my friends often clean the class and study in the group. At night, I help my mother with cooking and then family members gather in the living room to watch the favorite TV channels, share the story of the day. Before going to bed, my father always brings me a glass of milk and check my study. Every day is a great and invaluable gift, the work even seems small but brings me joy and happiness.
