Swimming has been my favourite sport since I was very small. I learnt to swim when I was just 5 years old. Swimming is a very popular sport; furthermore, it provides individuals with several physical and mental benefits.
There are some reasons why swimming is popular. Firstly, swimming is a sport for all age groups; besides, it is a lifetime activity. People can learn to swim as young as 4 or 5 years old or as old as 60 or 70. All it takes is the right instruction and desire to get in the pool. Secondly, swimming is cheap. You don't have to spend much money on it. All you need is just a swimsuit that makes you feel comfortable and a goggle that keeps water from your eyes. Even though you have to buy an admission ket, it is not so expensive. Anyone can afford to go to swim. Finally, swimming is one of the most popular sports in the world.Besides its popularity, swimming is a good activity that provides individuals with several physical benefits. First of all, swimming is a movement through water using one's legs and arms that provides an all body workout. As all of your muscles are used during swimming, it is an excellent form of exercise. It was April 30th, May 1st, and I did a lot of work at that time. Due to the complicated developments of the Co-vid 19 epidemic, I stayed at home, following what the Prime Minister said. Like home, I also did a lot of work. I worked with my parents to cook delicious food, having a great experience. After that, I played folk games with my brothers and sisters at home, it was very interesting. In addition, together with my father, I learned more about computers. Although during the Tet holiday, I couldn't go anywhere while at home, I also had a lot of fun. I am very happy that I have experienced such wonderful activities, and I feel even happier because I have fulfilled my obligations.

My earliest memory of cooking goes back to my school days. It was the summer vacations. Mom had made same old boring chapatis and some awful untouchable sabzi like Tindola* or Bhindi* or Baingan* or something. (I am sure it was very flavorful and tasty, but just not for me.)
So I went into the kitchen. There were some chopped up veggies in the fridge - Carrots, Potatoes, Onions, Green Peas, and Cauliflower. I had seen mom make sabzis before and had seen on TV as well (Sanjeev Kapoor, 'nuff said). I took a wok, put in oil, some mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and then threw in the veggies. Let them cook for some time. And voila! I had made my first stir fry veg without knowing what it was called!
Served it to everyone with great excitement only to realize it was missing salt and the veggies were not nearly cooked enough. Mom took the wok back and worked her magic on it. Have made it quite a few times after that till we all got utterly bored of it.
What lessons did I learn from it? Veggies don't get cooked in 30 seconds in real life. Sanjeev Kapoor does that on TV by editing out the waiting part.
I also learnt another thing, not from this first experience, but over time. I learnt what makes me happy in my heart of hearts. What makes me really happy is when I see others eating what I made and enjoying it. I enjoy the look on their faces when they have the first bite, close their eyes, and go hmm... Of course, I've got my fair share of ewws and yucks at that moment!

To be a cooking lovers, my favorite one is the reality show Masterchef US. This is a competition for amateur and home chefs to cultivate their potential and pursue their culinary dreams. Usually, the competition follows a 4-event cycle, started with Mystery box. All contestants will be given the same ingredients to create a dish in a certain amount of time and the judges will select the best dish to be the winner who have a huge advantage in the elimination test. One cook will be told to leave the masterchef kitchen after the test. The next is Team challenge, in which two team will have to cook meal for a large number of guests and the team with more votes from them will win. The last event is Pressure test, in which losing team members have to make a standard dish to show their techniques and the losing cook will be eliminated. Two or three best chefs will enter the finale and prepare a three course menu. Based on the taste, visual appeal and overall composition, the judges then decide who will be the winner and receive 250,000 dollars reward as well as their own cookbook. When I watch the show, I am completely impressed by their talents, creativity and especially the passion in each dish, which inspires me a lot. I also appreciate the way the judges criticize the food and demonstrate their techniques. To conclude, Masterchef US is a really interesting TV series that not only gives me a broader view of culinary arts but also offer invaluable lessons.

Even though I don't like watching TV very much, I always turn on the TV for a program. It's “Bubbles and 7 Questions about Geography” - a popular program for 11-15 year olds to make learning more enjoyable. The show airs on VTV7 at 9:30, 15:00 and 19:00 from Monday to Friday. I always watch it when I can. This program as about the works of Bubbles on the balloon to explore the beauty of different areas from above. In addition to exploration, the Bubble will work with the students to search and record architectural addresses such as soil, weather, climate, and natural areas. I really like this show because I can see many beautiful points with its interesting stories through the cute animation activities. I wish they could continue this wonderful program for longer and longer

There are several heritage and splendid sights in Vietnam. Especially, Da Nang is one of the most popular place for both Vietnamese and foreign tourist. Da Nang includes sea, Son Tra island, mountain and beautiful landscape. There are a lot of interesting places such as: Asia entertainment park, Ba Na hill, Hoi An ancient town, My Khe beach, museum of art as well as famous bridges. The city is well known for its fresh atmosphere, friendly people and security. The weather is glorious all the year and it brings this city many delicacies from sea and perfect living condition for people, specifically the elder. Visiting Da Nang, I am really impressed by Ba Na hill containing longest cable car from land to the top of the mountain. It is an unforgettable experience for visitors to observe breathtaking sight and picturesque scene. Beside, the beaches have long golden sand, deep blue sea in addition huge bunches of fresh coconut. Tourist has a chance to relax, enjoy the peace and nature, play aquatic sport. Moreover, the city has many big bridges like: Dragon bridge, Quay bridge and a large outdoor entertainment named Asia park. Additionally, there are a lot of delicious typical dishes such as: Quang noodle, xeo cake, pork pan-cake and others. Da Nang is preserved for its natural beauty; therefore, there is an increasing number of tourists come here. Consequently, it leads to polluted environment, natural damage and other social problem. However, the security of the city is good that there is no street robbery. Hence, Da Nang is voted to be one of the most worth-living cities in Vietnam. In the future, I hope Da Nang will develop and become more popular over the world.

Có rất nhiều danh lam và cảnh đẹp ở VN. Đặc biệt, ĐN là một trong những thành phố nổi tiếng đối với người Việt lẫn người nước ngoài. ĐN bao gồm biển, bán đảo Sơn Trà, núi và nhiều cảnh đẹp. Có nhiều nơi thăm quan thú vị như: Công viên giải trí Châu Á, núi Bà Nà, phố cổ Hội An, biển Mỹ Khê, bảo tàn mỹ thuật cũng như các cây cầu nổi tiếng. Thành phố được biết đến với không khí trong lành, con người than thiện và an ninh chặt chẽ. Thời tiết ổn định trong cả năm và nó mang đến cho thành phố rất nhiều đặc sản từ biển và điều kiện sống lý tưởng cho mọi người, đặc biệt là ngừoi già. Du lịch ĐN, tôi thật sự bị thu hút bởi Bà Nà bao gồm cáp treo dài nhất từ đất liền tới đỉnh núi. Đó là trải nghiệm tuyệt vời với du khách để nhìn xuống cảnh ngộp thở và cảnh đẹp như tranh. Ngoài ra, biển có bãi cát vàng, nước trong xanh và những hang dừa lớn. Khách du lịch có cơ hội để giải lao, tận hưởng sự yên bình và thiện nhiên, chơi trò chơi dưới nước. Hơn nữa, Thành phố này còn có những cây cầu lớn như: cầu Rồng, cầu Quay và một khu vui chơi giải trí lớn. Ngoài ra, có rất nhiều món ngon như mì quảng, bánh xèo, bánh tráng thịt heo và nhiều món ngon khác. Đà Nẵng được biết đến với vẻ đẹp tự nhiên, thế nên ngày càng nhiều khách du lịch đến đây thăm quan. Điều này dẫn tới ô nhiễm môi trường, huỷ hại tự nhiên và các vấn đề xã hội khác. Tuy nhiên, an ninh của thành phố rất tốt mà không có một vụ trộm cắp nào. Bởi thế Đà Nẵng được bình chọn là một trong những thành phố đáng sống nhất VN. Trong tương lai, tôi mong Đà Nẵng sẽ phát triển và trở nên nổi tiếng toàn thế giới.

Spring comes at the end when Tet comes back all over the homeland. The weather is warmer. Trees started to sprout. In my garden, the flowers bloomed in full bloom. Butterfly flocks come from nowhere, making the garden more vibrant. The sound of birds chirping on the trees is delightful. Everywhere, people are eager to go shopping to celebrate Tet. The street is splendidly decorated. The whole family cleans the house together to welcome the coming new year. New Year's Eve, everyone in the family has a year-end meal together. Adults reflect on the past year, children laugh and laugh. Everyone is looking forward to the moment of New Year's Eve. Every house is filled with a warm, crowded Tet holiday. I love the Tet holiday of my country so much.

All of the special holidays in my country, I like Tet the most. Tet is an occasion to everyone get together in warm atmosphere. Before Tet holiday, we prepares many things and decorates our house with colored - string lights and colorful flowers. We also make Chung cake and cook a great variety of dishes. That was so amazing! On the first day of the new year, I dressed up my new clothes, visited my relatives to say: "Happy new year" and received lucky money in the red envelope from adults. After that, we went to the pagoda and wish for health, wealth, and luck prosperity for our family. We have a lot of fun during Tet.
Cat Ba National Park is located on Cat Ba island, 120km from Hanoi and 20km east of Hai Phong. Its total area is 15.200 ha, including 9.800 ha of ocean. It's famous for both tropical forests and coastal water with white sand beach abundant natural resources, beautiful landscape and many kinds of rare animals and plants There are 300 species of fish, 40 kinds of animals. 150 different birds and 620 species of plants. The stone tool and human bones are found in the island's caves that people inhabited there at least 6.000 years aso.
Cat Ba National Park, which was declared as a national park in 1986, is situated on Cat Ba Island, 120 km from Ha Noi and 20 km east of Hai Phong. Cat Ba National Park is the only site in Viet Nam endowed with both tropical forests and coastal waters with white sand beaches, abundant natural resources, beautiful landscapes and many kinds of rare animals and plants. It covers 15,200 ha, including 9,800 ha of land 4,400 ha of ocean. Cat Ba National Park preserves approximately 300 species of fish, 40 kinds of animals, 150 different birds and 620 species of plants. The stone tools and human bones found in the island's limestone caves reveal that people inhabited there at least 6,000 years ago.
