The importance of water in our life
A pale, transparent, unscented, tasteless liquid that is important in life is known as water. A water molecule has three atoms which include two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom. You can remember this by H2O.
All known forms of life need water. Humans drink water which has qualities compatible with the human body. Around seventy percent of the World’s surface is secured with water and the seas hold around ninety-six percent of all earth’s water. Water also comes in three forms that are liquid, vapor, and solid.
Water is important for the body because our body uses water in all its cells, organs, and tissues. Water in the body have many functions that include regulating body temperature, lubricating joints, carrying nutrients and oxygen to cells, protecting body organs and tissues, helps to dissolve minerals and other nutrients to make them accessible to the body, and helps to prevent constipation. The human body loses water through breathing, sweating, and digestion, so it important to rehydrate the body by intaking fluids and eating foods. The human body can go eight to ten days without water. The body needs nourishment and water to survive. Research shows at least sixty percent of the adult body is made of water and every living cell in the body needs water to continue working.
The human body has loads of important jobs and it needs water to do a significant number of them. For example, our blood which contains a huge amount of water passes oxygen to all the cells of the body, and without oxygen those tiny cells would die, and the body would stop working.
Most water moves through the body by osmosis. Taking water in and rehydrating the cells is known as osmosis. Osmosis takes the fluid and liquid the body needs, then returns to the bladder or intestinal tract by reverse osmosis to excrete toxins, waste and unneeded fluids.
Although we drink water to survive water is also important to our body because we need it to cook healthy meals. Most bacteria do not live above 120°F, and as we increase the temperature we kill more of them. At 102°F most bacteria can no longer reproduce.
We also need water to brush our teeth, so we don’t get a mouth disease such as gingivitis. So not only is water important for our body, but it is also important in the use to help our body remain healthy. gradesfixer

1. Energy: Great volunteers hit the ground running. They are fantastic people to work with as they exude energy and approach all tasks with enthusiasm and drive. Their positive spirit is motivating and inspiring to others, leaving a lasting impression on the people and communities that they work with.

2. Passion: Just like energy, passion is infectious. When individuals use their talents and passions they can bring life into even the most mundane of tasks. Those that make the greatest impact in their volunteer work are those that are truly passionate about their cause and have the ability to share that passion with others.

3. Flexibility: Volunteering can involve a broad range of tasks, so a willingness to get stuck in and adapt to what needs doing is an important quality. Volunteers stand out when they can approach their work with an open mind and a willingness to learn.

4. Creativity: People that are creative and have good imaginations are great to be around. Within the arts world in particular, creativity is a very important quality. This doesn’t necessarily mean having a formal training or an academic background in the arts, what it does mean is having bucket loads of passion for all things creative.

5. Team Player: Volunteering inevitably means being able to work with others, whether volunteers, staff or beneficiaries. Being an approachable, friendly and cooperative person is vital. Skills required to be a good team player include patience, listening skills, knowing when to contribute and when to hold back and compassion.

6: Integrity: As a volunteer you are being trusted with an organisation’s resources, facilities and customers/beneficiaries. This is a big responsibility and integrity is expected!

7. Reliability: The first rule of volunteering is that if you promise to do something, do it! It is vital that an organisation can trust you when you make a commitment. Turning up late or not completing a task that you have agreed to does not just reflect badly on you, but can impact on the organisation’s reputation too. Great volunteers maintain a high level of professionalism in all aspects of their work.

8. Commitment: To be able to make a lasting difference it is necessary to be thoroughly committed to the cause. Volunteering with an organisation on a regular basis and over a longer period of time is the best way to maximise your skills and knowledge and therefore make the maximum impact in your work.

Some people say that they like living in the countryside, the others like living in the city. In my point of view, I prefer living in the countryside for a number of benefits. First of all , It is a quiet and peaceful place. There are a lot of plant species so the air and the food are fresh and clean. We can enjoy a healthy natural condition without worrying much about environmental pollution. We are free to admire the breathtaking landscapes such as huge meadows, peaceful hills or forests. We can also enjoy walking in the forest and picking mushrooms or hunting. Second, There aren't any huge blocks of flats, modern skyscrapers and bothersome traffic jams in the countryside so the air is not polluted. There is no water pollution, either. Moreover, living in the countryside is cheaper than it is in the city, so you can buy many hings at lower prices. The other positive side is the safety. In the rural area the crime rate is much lower. There aren't a lot of housebreaks of burglary and robbery. In the countryside people usually and keep eyes on neighbour's estates. They always react when something strange is happening. Finally, most of the villagers are friendly and hospitable. They are always willing to help each other. Moreover, people in the cities are very susceptible to stress because of pollution, the pressure of work, competitions, etc. In summary, Living in the countryside has many advantages because of fresh air, clean food, specially the people’s friendliness and hospitality.

Like: People can live in the fresh atmosphere in the countryside. They can go fishing in the river for food. I like picking fruits like blackberries, apple, mango, etc, and I like do farm work like digging holes, plaiting vegetables, collecting water, swimming in the river and flying kites with new friends.

Dislike: It is inconvenient without shopping centre, supermarket and entertainment centre is miles away. There is also no running water and electricity and it doesn’t excite at all and the life there have a little boring than the city

On summer holidays, I often go back to my hometown and I have seen many changes in this rural area over the years. The most impressive change is in education. Recently, there are more schools rebuilt nearby and they are better equipped. This summer, my hometown friends and me enjoy reading different kind of books and comic in the new library. This change make me stay here a lot more enjoy able. Means of communication is the second big change I can see in this area. In the past, the common way to contact somebody far away was to write letters by hand. Nowadays, thank to mobile phone and even social networks, the local can keep in touch more easily. However, the negative change in the environment is something I dislike, Vast paddy fields where the children used to fly kites no longer exist. Instead a new industrial zone appears. Worse, factories in the zone are polluting the river and make it too dirty for us. As I have noted, my hometown has experienced both positive and negative changes. ( My neighborhood has lot of better change in this area than the past).
