There are many ways to exercise. For example, you can run very fast around the streets and your neighbours will be very very surprised ...or if you don’t have so much energy, you can jog . That is a slow run very relaxing and easy on your body. Jogging. Running. Jogging. Running Another word for exercise is KeepFit. You keep fit, you take exercise, you keep your body fit. The word Fit means healthy. It means that a person who is in good health or good shape. There are many ways to stay healthy. You can lift weights, like this. This is a very good exercise and it’s very good for your muscles. Swimming is also a very good exercise. Walking down stairs is also a good exercise, and walking up stairs.Of course one of the most important ways to stay healthy is to eat the right food. The most important part of exercising is to make your body work. Your heart must beat fast. Your body must get hot And of course you must sweat. There are many ways to stay healthy Take regular exercise, don’t smoke, don’t drink too much, make sure you have regular exercise everyday, then your body will be healthy and strong. Keep-fit is very good for you. It can help you to stay healthy, help you to stay young looking. And of course it can help you to have a long life. I wish you have a long life. Stay healthy!!

It's necessary to keep your fit. There are many way for you keep your fit. But I think you can notice some point. First, you should do exercises regular such as swimming, jogging, or ride bicycle. The second, you should have a good diet, eat enough the nutriment and usually have breakfast. You should eat less meat, more and more vegetable, fruit, salad, and drink a lot of water, about 1,5l to 2l per day. Next, you should go to bed early, not stay at late, and at least 6 hours per day. And finally, you shouldn't work too hard, reduce the pressure and stress. That is many way to keep your fit, you can do it.

1) Talk about your hobby / hobbiest

I have an unusual hobby : carving eggsells . I started this hobby four years ago after getting a carved eggshells from my dad when he came back from Spain . It’s amazing that something as fragile as an empty eggshell can be made into such a beautiful piece of art . I was so amazed that I learned how to carve them myself from the internet . I find carving eggsells a little difficult but so interesting and useful . The felling of accomplishment when I finish a piece is absolutely awesome. This hobby also helps me be more patient and careful.

1) Talk about volunteer work you want to do

Being a volunteer is one of the best things you can do with your life . It’s a great way to help other people . It’s also very satisfying to know that you are not wasting your time and are helping people who need help . I like volunteer work .

I and my friends often take part in childrens program . This is a program which help orphans , street children and mentally / physically disabled chidren in our town to have better life . We often visit them on Saturday at house of gratitude . We give them presents such as fruit , candy , cakes , old clothes and so on . We teach them to learn about many things in life , tell with them funny and meaningful stories, etc so that they can fall in the line with society without and complex . They’re very hobby and like us . I think it’s really a useful activity .

Actually, I have never seen anyone who dislike listening to music. I’m a big fan of music. Some people said that music becomes a huge distraction when they need to stay highly focused. It’s not the case for me, I usually listen to instrumental songs or podcast when I need to focus on doing something.

I’m not completely into any type of music specifically, I listen to the music that fit my mood. If I’m happy, I will listen to pop or hip hop. When I work out, I will blast EDM or songs with fast tempo. And if I’m sad, I will just listen on repeat to jazz.

I pretty much listen to music all the time except for when I’m taking shower, eating or sleeping. To put it simply, music keeps me energetic throughout the day.

Not really, the older I get the more types of music I listen to. When I was younger, most of the songs on my mp3 player is Kpop songs. However, when I grow up and got the chance to study abroad and got exposed to many cultures, I listen to more types of music.

When I was studying in Europe, I attended a lot of concerts because most of my favorite artists hold concert in Amsterdam. However, when I came back to Vietnam, there isn’t any concert so usually I settle for an acoustic performance from cover artists in Vietnam which are still very amazing actually.

Yes, as the matter of fact, I played piano for my school choir when I was in elementary. In addition, I also learned how to play guitar when in High school. I quitted both of the instruments because I don’t have time now.

Music is one of the compulsory subjects for primary and secondary students in my country. However, mainly singing is focused. We can also add some movements to make the songs more lively. Only those who are selected for the big performances are allowed to use musical instruments.

I only started listening to music when I had my first cellphone. If I remember correctly, it was during my secondary years. I listened to songs on the radio most of the time.

I believed most people in Vietnam are listening to Pop music, especially Kpop. This Korean Music industry spreaded really fast. You can hear Korean songs in pretty much every corner of this city.

topic 1 : We can save energy by doing some following tips. First of all, we should use electricity more efficiently and reduce our electricity bill. We need to turn off the TV when we are not watching, turn off all the lights before going to bed. Besides, we should not leave the fridge door open in a long time due to wasting of electricity. Morever, we should save water by taking showers instead of baths or turning off the water when you don not use it. The next tip is reducing the use of fossil fuels like gas, coal, and oil. It is not only saving energy but also protect our environment. To do this, we can use public transport and avoid using car or motorbike for short trip. All in all, because our energy is limited we need to reserve it for the future generations.

topic 2 : Nowadays, traffic problems is one of the biggest problems that Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, has to deal with. The first problem is traffic jams. There are too many people using the roads, especially in rush hours when everyone is in a hurry to get to work or come back home. Another problem is poor road conditions. The road is too narrow and bumpy. Moreover, many streets in Hanoi is usually flooded when it has heavy rain making it difficult to move. Traffic accidents is the biggest problem. Everyday, there are more and more accidents happening because of careless drivers: Driving after drinking alcohol, not wearing helmets, and so on. Therefore, solving traffic problems is not only the agent’s duty of Hanoi but also awareness of ourselves.

I often share it with my mother, she loves reading just like me. To do this hobby we only money to buy book, so I have spent all my money to buy my favourite book. I think I will continue this hobby because it is so interesting and make me more smart.

I have my own favourite idol, She is Rose. She is the most famous singer in Korea and one of the member in Blackpink. She comes from Korean. She has played the K-pop music, it is so good. I have heard her music when I was 10 years old at my best friend's house. I love her music so much because it's really exciting and lovely. I wish to see Rose in real life.

Favourite kind of music:

Most people like music and so do I. I like music because it is my favourite entertainment in my free time. Moreover, music is good for my spiritual relaxation and helps release my work-related stress. My favourite music genre/style is POP due to four reasons.
Firstly, I am most spiritually relaxed by listening to POP music as it makes me feel excited and comfortable. For this reason, I listen to it every afternoon.
Secondly, it makes me more positive and active so that I can do my works better.
Thirdly, by sharing the common interest in POP music, I can make a lot of fiends around the worlds without the need of speaking their own language.
Finally, I believe that listening to POP music makes me smarter in my daily activities.
Different people have different taste in music but I think POP music is the most popular and has the largest number of fans. In America, Taylor Swift is the top POP singers with thousands of followers including me. Nevertheless, there are so many kinds of music in this world and I believe all of them are good in bringing people closer and making people love their lives even more.
