Tet is grandest and mót important occasion in the year in vietnam. Last tet holiday I have 11 day-off from 19th to 20th january. And I think I shall never forget that holyday. The first day-off I spent all time to relax after along year.Then I cleaned up my room and helped my mother decorating our house with peach blosson, kumquat tree and other flower. Tet is indispenable Chung cake and last year I leart make it. On New year's Eva my family got together to watch firework talk about old year and hope have a happy new year. Next I went to pagodo to pray for a happy new year for me and my family. Tet is coming. Tell me about what you will do for Tet hoiliday. In the country, I often occurs in late January or early February. Before Tet, people often clen the house and decorate their house. They go shopping by food, drinks and new clothes. Before Tet, about 1 or 2 days, people make banh chung and boil them a big pot. They always special meal with delicous food. They also have family gatherings during Tet. At Tet, They often visit relatives and friends and give than best wishes. The children like getting lucky money. They cuoid fighting or breaking things to get food luck round a year. I think Tet is most only interesting but also wonderful. I wish today were Tet hoiliday.

Hello, my name is Phuong. I am 13 years old. I live with my family in Vinh city, Nghe An province, Vietnam. In my country, spring is the best season of the year because it has Tet holiday. In Tet holiday, the streets are very beautiful with green trees, flowers, and funny noisy. In every house, there are a big tree with many love flowers and plants. Any things else? Tet is a traditional holiday of our country Vietnam. The season of Tet occurs around the biginning of February and end of Janaurỵ The meaning of Tet is ending old year and welcome a new year. Tet holiday is very special for Vietnamese families to reunite. At that time, all family members try to come back their homes and get together to prepare for Tet. Moreover they will buy new clothes and clean their house. A branch of Mai flower or a Kumquat tree can't be absent from every home. They bring a fresh atmosphere to the house. We decorate ancestral altar with a tray full of fruits and flowers. Some typical Tet's food such as sweets, coconut jam, candied fruits, lemon seeds, rice cake , "thit kho"( stew pork with eggs). A special food can not absent is sky rice cake.. It is our country's traditional food on Tet holiday. Tet meal is more dilicious than our every day. On Tet holiday, people have many typical activities. Young persons takes part in the traditional games such as: tug; cooking rice, cock fighting, watching lion dance. Many people visit relatives to wish a happy new year. A dults will give lucky money for children. Woman going to pagoda to wish good things will come to their familỵ
In my oppinion, i cozy and fresh Tets atmosphere. All member of family talk together about a happy new year. I can hang out with my friend and don't worry about any thịng " Tet" holiday is always in Vietnamese's heart.

Tet is one of the most important holiday in Viet Nam and many Asian countries. Tet or Lunar New year is often held at the end of January or the beginning of February. Vietnamese people always do many different things to prepare for Tet. Before Tet some weeks, people always repaint their house, clean the house and around. They also decorate their houses with Kumquat tree, cherry blossom branches or many colourful flowers. Then they make many traditional food such as Chung cake, pickled onions. Children are bought new clothes by their parents. All of the family members gather to give each other the best wishes and have a meal on New Year's Eve. On the first day of new year, people visit relatives’ house and give lucky money to children or the elderly. In the rest time of Tet, people can go to pagodas to pray for good things, peace, and health. To conclusion, Tet is an occasion for all people to reunion and relax after a hard-working year.

Thời gian còn lại của Tết, mọi người có thể đi lễ chùa để cầu những điều tốt lành, bình an và sức khỏe. Tóm lại, Tết là dịp để mọi người đoàn tụ, thư giãn sau một năm làm việc vất vả.

I love Tet the most.It is also called Luar New Year,which is held mainly in Asian countries.On this holiday,we will have a lot to do.Before Tet about a week or two,people started to sell and buy flower,fruit,snacks,...along with incense.You can buy them easily because things are sell along the street.It is a beautyful and fun sight.Then,people will repaint the house,clean and decorate it.The houses are look so beautyful!Then on the 29th of the 12th lunar month,we will wait until the clock strike 12o'clock.It is very fun but also tired to wait for the time of the old year finally pass.On the first day,people will sing karaoke and eat the traditional foods,sweets and alot.Then we will offer foods,flower and incense for our ancestors and visit our relatives.I love this festival because it is fun and give me happiness,and giving me a great time with my family,friends and ralatives.

Tet is a national and family festival. It is an occasion for every Vietnamese to have a good time while thinking about the last year and the next year. At Tet, spring fairs are organized, streets and public buildings are brightly decorated and almost all shops are crowded with people shopping for Tet. At home, every is tidied, special food is cooked,offerings of food, fresh water, flowers and betel are made on the family altar with burning joss- sticks scenting the air. First-footing is made when the lucky visitor comes and children are given lucky money wrapped in a red tiny envelope. Tet is also a time for peace and love. During Tet, children often behave well and friends, relatives and neighbors give each other best wishes for the new year.

Vietnam has an extremely important holiday for people across the country! It is a day of Chinese New Year. People share together, gather together, give each other gifts, adults give children lucky money how brilliant each other good luck and best wishes for the year. Tet is a traditional holiday of our country Vietnam, which saw the light, cake represents the earth and the light represents the sun-shoes. There are 4 people in my family - my parents, my little sister and I. There is a big gap of time between us. I am 7 years older than her; therefore she is always a little girl in my eyes. She is a chubby girl with a pair of big round eyes. Her skin is bright, and it even makes her face become more prominent. My mother always tells her to cut off her diet or else she will never be a beautiful girl, but I think she is pretty in her own way and she needs to eat to grow properly. She is going to enter high school this autumn, and I love spending time to go to the bookstore with her to by her necessary supplies for the new semester. She is a good student at school, so she is very careful at picking up all of her stuff. I do not need to by her many new things, because she takes care of her old ones very well. She is a pretty shy girl, so she does not have many friends. I am can be considered as her best friend since she tells me about almost everything in her life. Sometimes I take her outside to play some sports, and she loves playing badminton and swimming. During summer time, we usually spend our free time at the pool, and sometimes I call some of her friends over so she does not feel lonely. Her hobbies are writing and drawing. She has a notebook which contains her short stories as well as her paintings, but she does not allow anyone to touch it even that it is me. Her dream is to be a fashion designer or an author because she is a very creative girl who always gets a lot of ideas in her mind. Whatever her future path is, I am always by her side and support my lovely little sister.

It will be a great joy or happiness for everyone if we can own a house designed by ourselves. A house in my dream is not necessarily a large house, as long as it fits my style and character. A house located on the outskirts of town will be very suitable for me to enjoy a serene life. It will be a two- storey house facing west-south side. Moreover, my house can not be lack of a large garden surrounded by thousands of different colors of flowers and fruits. I it the most when having a breakfast or enjoying night views in my own garden. Simplicity is beauty, this explains why I would prefer an airy space rather than a well- equipped house. However, the house should have basic necessities in the kitchen and bathroom to serve all my demands in daily life. In addition, I will use bright color tones for the whole house, especially my bedroom to make it more spacious. My bedroom will be more perfect and ideal if it has a balcony where i could smell the fragrance from the garden as well as enjoy the sound of the birds in the morning. Besides, I also have an intention of having a small garage and storage. In conclusion, nothing but a suitable house for my lifestyles will fulfill my future dream.

Last Sunday, my class organized a trip to Son Tinh Island camp. We set off at 5 hours and it took us 3 hours to get there. On arrival, everyone was quite excited and happy. That day, the weather was very beautiful, the air here is fresh. On the island there are many stilt houses and swings. We were assigned to build tents. Then, all of us paripated in some amazing games such as cat chasing mouse, hide and seek, ... Everyone was all excited and active. Someone losing must receive fines, that make the cow face. It looks so funny. On that day, the teacher also celebrated a birthday for some of our classmates. At noon, most people feel hungry, we return to the tent, eat the food prepared from the day before, then, tell stories and sing, take pictures together. In the afternoon, we were cruising by boat. This was the first time I've experienced go on water surface, it feels great. At 5 o'clock, we all had to arrange luggage to come back home. I bought myself some lovely souvenirs. On the way, looking at the island away, I hope that there will be more interesting excursions this.

Chủ nhật tuần trước, lớp mình tổ chức một chuyến đi dã ngoại đến đảo Sơn Tinh camp. Chúng mình xuất phát từ lúc 5 giờ và phải mất 3 tiếng mới đến nơi. Trên đường đi, mọi người đều khá hồi hộp và háo hức. Hôm ấy, trời rất đẹp, không khí trong lành. Trên đảo có rất nhiều nhà sàn và xích đu. Chúng mình được phân công dựng lều. Sau đó, mình tham gia những trò chơi tập thể như mèo đuổi chuột, bịt mắt bắt dê,... Các bạn đều rất hào hứng và thích thú. Một số bạn thua phải chịu phạt, làm mặt con bò rất buồn cười. Hôm ấy, cô giáo còn tổ chức sinh nhật cho một số bạn trong lớp. Đến trưa, đa số mọi người đều cảm thấy đói, chúng mình trở về lều, ăn những thức ăn đã được chuẩn bị sẵn từ hôm trước, sau đó, ngồi kể chuyện và ca hát, chụp ảnh chung. Buổi chiều, chúng mình được dạo biển bằng tàu thủy. Đây là lần đầu mình được trải nghiệm đi trên mặt nước, cảm giác vô cùng tuyệt vời. Đến 5 giờ, mọi người phải thu xếp hành lí để trở về, mình mua được một số món quà lưu niệm nhỏ. Trên đường đi, nhìn bóng hòn đảo xa dần, mình mong rằng sẽ có nhiều hơn nữa những chuyến dã ngoại lí thú như vầy.

Just in Western countries that follow Christianity, Christmas is a sacred and important holiday, so is the traditional New Year's Day. Traditional New Year's Day is called Lunar New Year or Lunar New Year, and is considered the most important moment of a year. The time starts on the 1st day of the 1st lunar month of the new year. The Lunar New Year usually falls between the end of January and the middle of February of a calendar year. Normally in Vietnam, every occasion to prepare for the Lunar New Year, everyone, whether working or going to school, has a holiday schedule. Normally, the time off is from one working week or more (for employees) and two to three days before December 30. To prepare for the important Tet holiday of this year, every family often buys a lot of new things, cleans the house, prepares a tray of rice to worship ancestors. And yet, on the traditional New Year's Day, there is also a custom to visit the elderly, family members, friends and neighbors every time Tet comes. At that time, homeowners or adults will give lucky money to children and elders with wishes at the beginning of the new year of peace, prosperity, and everything as desired. This is not only a custom but also a cultural beauty of the Vietnamese people, to show concern and hope for a full and peaceful life for everyone .
